I’m not opposed to something like Plunderstorm, but I’m primarily a PVE player who rarely dips into PVP these days. I’ve never been a fan of battle royale games such as Fortnite. So, I’m rather disappointed in this patch myself.
Unfortunately, I’m a serious pet collector and this has a pet, so I have to make a decision if I want to go for the pet or not.

I would have preferred they just said what it was because a BR mode I would have noped right out on instantly. I genuinely want to hear how keeping this secret was necessary or beneficial.

It’s a patch. There was going to be some content and adjustments.
If people blew out of proportion, that’s their own fault, really. Because I don’t see how this is different from a patch a single dungeon and some class tunning.

So, is there going to be a section where players fight against AI like in Comp Stomp?
Otherwise, players on unbalanced servers are SOL. Along with players who have actual anxiety issues when it comes to pvp. There’s a reason those players used to play on a PVE server and not PVP.
What a waste to a fun event. I was looking forward to the reward offered. :\

There’s actual patch content as well in the patch note.
I’m assuming they’re doing fixes to prepare for season 4.
And this patch did come with some class tuning. There were A LOT of changes to holy priest, and MW/Pres Evoker also got a few changes. They also re-tuned most of the S4 tier sets.

That’s inevitable when Blizzard didn’t manage expectations at all. Not the player’s fault for expecting such a hyped patch would be amazing.

i literally just posted you talking about PvP and you say nowhere you said PvP - So now I know why you don’t like this; you might not want to act like you are something you are not in the future and just give honest feedback and say you are PvE andy that doesn’t want PvP to develop in the game.
I hope that’s the case. Seeing that this has nothing to do with WOW, its confusing that Servers are down while they implement an entirely different game to their list of stuff to play.

You take your classes into the dungeons. And the tuning of the classes are relevant to your wow characters. There’s the difference.
This is completely unrelated to the characters that players have invested time and money into. It is completely detached.

It’s not OK.
I’m paying for a WoW subscription, and instead of developing the game I’m paying for, they have used up the resources to create a new game for a different audience
