Hit rating

Lower hit rating cap to let’s say 10% or merge hit rating with mastery. That’s it end of post

Just lower every stat requirement and give everyone BiS imo

Hit cap is fine where it is.
If you are unable to get to hit cap, you might want to rethink another game.
It won’t change, end of post.

You guys must be the usual suspects , what about a fury warrior easy to get 28%

They do not need 28% hit…

There are 2 hit thresholds for melee.

The needed one, which is to make sure all abilities do not miss, and then the second one, to make it so auto attacks while dual wielding (which is what you are refering to) will not miss.

The first hit threshold is the one that is considered “mandatory”.

The second one is treated as just a dps increase similar to haste, crit, or mastery.

It is not possible, nor expected, to reach 27% hit in Tier 11. You only need to worry about reaching 8%, which is a mere 961 hit rating. Hit after that is a bonus, not mandatory.
