Highland Drake: Pirates' Day Armor

I purchased the Highland Drake: Pirates’ Day Armor and it is not showing up on the character I purchased it or any of my characters. This is the character I bought it on, Kitchi on Bleeding Hollow.

Did you look in your bags? It’s sorta like a glyph you have to learn.

I did! I learned it and it did the animation of being learnt. This was a few hours ago.

Once learned it should show up under Body Armor for the Highland Drake.

I learned mine a couple hours ago and it is showing for me.

I have the same problem, learnt the item with the animation. It disappeared. yet can not select it.

I looked in that section several times through tonight and it still is not there. We bought it during the time the game was having authenticator issues. Could that be why? We didn’t know there was an issue until after.

I don’t think anyone can dismiss this as a possible cause, but it’s unlikely. These usually come down to display/UI issues.

Try a Full UI Reset, and check if the appearance is there with a fresh stock UI and no add-ons restored.

A reset UI - a proper reset UI - is never a bad place to start.

Even if it doesn’t resolve an issue, it can rule out a variety of things for further investigation.

I tried this and no change. I also made sure I didn’t accidentally still have the item somehow. I already had a ticket open, so I’ve updated it to say I tried a UI reset.

I tried the same several times and still the pirate saddle is locked still.

My item was restored, so I learned it again and it worked! :slightly_smiling_face:

Heya, I happen to have it equipped on 2 toons, but if I go to choose it on a different alt it appears as locked, even though it was working fine on the day it was bought

You’ll want to try these options and if they don’t work, post in Bug Reports:

  1. Exit game, delete cache folder, try again
  2. Disable addons, try again
  3. Do a full UI reset, try again
