Im at renown 08 and I have already done everything. Superblooms doesnt give me more rep and seeds only give me 5 rep each. This system of Renown is pathetic. Letting people xploiting and reaching renown 15+ and others could only get to 08 in the same week.

I’m like 200 rep from renown 15. No characters are human, almost all rep gains were done with DMF buff. Got alt to renown 10 by doing the campaign, all side quests, all emerald dream world quests before and after the Friday WQ reset, 7 treasures that give 200 rep each before the buff, 5 seeds after the nerf (and 0 before the nerf), superbloom weekly, pvp weekly, and a few rares. Did similar stuff on main afterwards.
You could get more rep by doing the rest of the world quests with the contract buff but I’m lazy.
everyone could get to renown 10 if they did everything - and that means everyone could get an alt to 15 if they did everything.
I got to renown 9 this week without any exploits. No rep boosters either.
And it’s been getting more and more powerful over the years as rep has become important. (Versus vanilla… oh joy I can buy Blessed Sunfruit sooner…)
Just like how Stoneform has been getting more and more powerful. It’s currently the most powerful racial in the game’s history (hence why so many of us are Dwarves, now).
But since they’re Alliance racials, they never get looked at. If they were Horde racials, the forums would already be on fire.

I also did all of this, on my Druid, and got to 9.
I think the big difference was whether you spammed seeds on Tuesday or not. (I did not.)
And just to reiterate:
I did all of this (yes, including the pvp weekly) and got to 9.

Yeah it seems like you need DMF or human or getting lucky with seed doublings to make it to 10. This is 20190 rep which is barely renown 9:

I had DMF the entire week. I went back obsessively to rebuff, every time it expired.
My Druid finished out at renown 9, 1522/2500.
Im 9. But remember folks DO NOT use your Rep tokens you get this week!!! WAIT till Thursday! We should get a 19% Rep bonus once the anniversary event starts. Use them then!

Still trying to figure out what the gnome above was talking about boosting alts to 437 with “AH sets”. All the BoE I see don’t seem to have any upgrade path.
To do even better and rush to Rep 20 faster Id highly advisee actually just getting a toon to Rank 10 today then stacking Tokens on an alt use them all Thursday! That new toon will have a 100% bonus +19% aka 120% until 10. Then 20% boost after. That alt will be MUCH higher than your main with the same mount of tokens!
Yeah, Blizzard uses those two “guilds” as part of advertising material for wow. Like contracted employees almost. They’re a part of the eSports promotional material even if it’s a garbage thing to promote.
I also think Blizzard wants to avoid banning people who provide millions in USD income thru WoW tokens from tens of thousands of people trying to buy gold boosts. The RWF guilds are a part of the pay to avoid playing p2w pipeline Blizzard has set up for monetizing the token…
I made it to Renown, 9 2200/2500. Didn’t use contracts, DMF or exploits. Just did a lot of seeds at 5-10 each. Will get to 20 eventually and then what, never go back to the zone since it has no content other than a raid, I can never participate in do to play times?
Already have earned so many flight stones that I’ve reset it 3 times because of the abysmal number of drake and whelpling crests we were allowed. Had we been able to purchase current rep with the flight stones would been nice as I have enough rep tokens to level 3 more characters from zero to max on my bank alt.
I hit renown 12 on my main using contract, DMF and word of a worthy ally buff.
Not really worth it imo but it was a fun grind.
15 without exploit is easily done. DMF buff plus if you got an alt to rank 10 first then you get that bonus on top. Also the contract helped nicely too

This is about right, but you’re under estimating the number of world quests that’re available.
There are 5 pet battles that reset daily alone, so that’s 35 quests in a week. The Forbidden Reach dailies, Fyrak weeklies, Obsidian Citadel weeklies and Aylaag Camp bi-weeklies all count for contracts.
Getting an alt to 10 was the hard part - especially if you did more than 5 seeds on the first day & then missed the 12 hour window of cheese rep, because that essentially put you 1000+ behind.
But if you got an alt to 10, and then took your main up in time to use DMF on both sides of the bi-weekly ‘daily’ quest reset, as well as doing all the other stuff you listed, then 15 was comfortably doable and 16 was possible without much seed farming.
Depends what you regard as degen play vs an interesting challenge really. I wouldn’t do it on more than one toon personally.

Seeds give you 5 rep a piece infinitely. You could have planted 20,000 seeds week 1 and gotten to rank 20. I’m at 9 so don’t yell at me, but people could have done that.
I sat down and calculated it out after the first nerf and it wound up looking like this:
Purple seed (most valuable) done perfectly (IE instantly travelling from planting spot to planting spot) + wait time (3 minutes) for the seed to grow would net you about 6000 rep over the course of 10 hours.
This of course assumes that you have 300 purple seeds (somehow), are able to instantly transit between locations and have thw will to engage in a bot like level of efficiency.
For myself I settled with 8 on week one (Did all available quests, WQ (there were two on day one that gave a collective 150 bonus rep), some treasures, rares and a few more seeds then I strictly needed; no contract or PVP) and I figure in a week or two I’ll have more alts up to 20 rep.
You get to do a couple then its like 5 rep
I used the Darkmoon buff when it was out, I’m at Renown 10 right now, did every quest that was avaliable, and waiting for the next story chapter.
I think most are around level 10 Renown, at least if doing Emerald Dream casually.
I’ve missed like four/five days of dailies, since I was just bringing this alt into DF and just got to 70 recently, and I still managed to reach 10.
Seems to be a pretty “easy” rep, but we do have more renown levels to reach these days than before, the cap used to be like 25 when DF came out.
