Been experiencing high latency in Singapore since the night of the 17th of April. Ping can spike up to 1000+ms. The game is almost unplayable at this moment.

Hi, many players from Singapore (ISP: Singtel) have been experiencing an increase in overall latency to WoW Oceanic servers. Usually ranges from 100-120ms and now it’s at 220-240ms with occasional packet losses. Noticed this occurred ever since the latest patch with AB was deployed

yeap… is it because of the recent underwater cable issue?
Experiencing high latency ONLY in dungeons and groups. Tested all possible network remedies on my end and still not working. Has been happening for 3-4 days already. Please let us know what is going on, thank you!
Been experiencing the sames issues right after the sever reset 2 days ago.
Seems absolutely random too, ran a M0 dungen and World latency capped out at just under 400ms which is not great and barely bearable, went into a M13+ next and World latency was capping out at 1.5k - 2kms throughout which is terrible, what i see on my screen is literally a minute behind what my other friends are actually experiencing.
Would appreciate at least some sort of insight as to why Oceanic traffic is being routed through Europe then to the US, which is apparently what is causing this issue.
We’re burning though paid game time, while being unable to actually play the game which is unacceptable in my books.

Its just getting worse pass 6weeks with intermitten connection to bliz servers
I am getting the same situation too, 100ms home latency, but 1k ms world latency when stepping into dungeon/raid. However if I group with fellow Singaporeans in dungeon, I do not get any lag at all.
I am a returning player and have been playing WOW since launch in 2004. Quitted @ TBC and return to Catalysm and quitted again to return to BFA 3 months ago. Such latency issues have never happened to me before, only in this expansion.
This is getting absurd and won’t be subscribing to Shadowlands if this persists. Not going to spend more $$ to on VPN to solve some half baked issues due to Blizzard.
Same. 13 SECOND world lag in WCM. My friends on discord telling me they’ve killed the pack I’m desperately trying to dps down.
