That would help us roleplay our velves as helves - but they’re still not High Elves (again, the specific Alliance group of Thalassian elves that we’ve always asked for).
Many of us would find it ok if Blizz turned a group of those specific High Elves into Void Elves, though.
Why should it matter to you what other people think about Blood Elves maybe getting blue eyes and being happy about it?
Your post to ‘calm down’ is only directed at the helfers because they’re the only ones getting ‘excited’ and they’re already in your topic.
So really you’re just here out of your topic trying to put a damper on the happiness people are having over Blood Elves maybe, just maybe getting what they’ve been hoping for.
yeah, well you maybe expecting too much from Blizzard. I sympathize with your sentiment, but they aren’t catering to us specifically. I think they can shoehorn the High Elf looking Void Elves as Allerian Stronghold High Elves going void and doing so under the supervision and study of the Locus Walker and Alleria. These new Void Elves look like High Elves, but aren’t. Smh it’s weird, but it can work. Nobody will question it within the game NPCs and we will suddenly have an influx of High Elves (Void Elves) with the abilities similar to our common leader Alleria Windrunner.
See, for me. It isn’t about the looks. It is about the Lore. We have High Elves within the ranks of the Alliance, and have been since the game launched. They have been part of our stories, part of our lives. Ok, Void Elves, I do like them, but I don’t fully like them considering there is no lore to them.
In the end though, this is World of Hordecraft since more is getting catered to the Horde instead of making it equal and fair gameplay for both factions.
Blue-eyed blood elves is just one more way to bleed the alliance player-base. Expect horde to be even more overpopulated. People have been clamoring for this race option for years.
Well technically we have Allerian Stronghold High Elves, Farstrider lodges from the Hinterlands to the Loch near Ironforge, we also have Shattrath surviving in Outland High Elves and Dalaranian High Elves then we have the Stormwind Mage Quarter/ 7th legion group and in that Silver Covenant group which is separate still.
Each can field a small army. So at this point numbers are meaningless. Just turn them all to Void Elves and say they followed Alleria Windrunner and BAM the debate is over.
Don’t bother with her. All she is doing is policing the forums, and cracking down on us Pro’s, but yet, she won’t pull up any of the Anti’s when they are in the wrong.
Nope, you have the High Elves in Stormwind, Allerian Stronghold in Outland, the Highvale Elves (these don’t practice magic, distancing even further from Blood Elves), all of them Alliance.
I don’t blame you for not knowing this - I blame Blizzard for not giving a crap about them and not knowing they exist.
Are you sure? Cattering to the Horde? Have we played the same expansion? I’m pretty certain that most of the Horde playerbase didn’t want to go through another round of introspection, mixed with Warchief Musical Chair.
Now, the only one to blame here are those who held to the dream that someday, somehow, amidst all the dev talks, interviews and statements throughout the years that Blizz made, Alliance High Elves (in the look of Blood Elves) wouldn’t never be playable. All I see here is people with selfish intents that desire to deny a highly requested customization, in an expansion packed full with new customization.
On another note : I need more cups! Bring more cups! The fountain is overflowing! Not a single drop must be wasted!
