High Elf POSITIVITY Thread 😎

Is that removed? wow…

I don’t care, use that if you have too. Thing is, people will be here to prove you wrong.

Prove me wrong on the part where Blood Elves turned to demonic energies to help with there mana addiction when the Sunwell was destroyed.

Stop pretending that you’re not trying to once again, discredit my own post.

Show me where the elves that didn’t go with Kael to Outland were shown to feed off of them.

Go inside Silvermoon. You can even see a Blood Elf in there, using the Fel Crystals.

I have, it doesn’t show what he is doing with it, just a little energy link, which for all we know is him maintaining the link that connects the crystal to the things they are powering.

“Few of these elves know of Kael’thas’ pact with Illidan, and many would be horrified if they discovered it. Draining magic from small mana-bearing vermin is a far cry from draining magic from demons”

Seriously, this shouldn’t be in question, it feels like most of us here on both sides accept that blood elves on azeroth fed off the mana wyrms and such and the fel crystals powered their buildings. Kael’s followers in Outland and high ranking officials knew about Illidan and fed off demons, but those are the ones we fight like the felblood elves.

here is the full context of the source

this is worth listening to for all the pros who arent familiar with it. its also funny how chris instantly segues into ‘blood elves are our high elves.’ and when he is talking about high elves actually playing with fel he is talking about kael and his followers. he even flat out makes the distinction later on between the ‘elite’ high elves in outland working with kael and the player elves back home who never learned to drain fel magic. he even clarified this years later in an ask cdev. so youre wrong as usual. the only blood elves who ‘sucked’ fel were those who followed kael to outland

Anyways, time to get back on topic.

I didn’t change anything, I merely bolded and underlined something that was present in the original statement – since I presumed, correctly it seems, that you’d ignore it if it wasn’t served up on a silver platter.

In other words, no such statement exists. :man_shrugging:

No…that’s not what it means at all.

ikr? you have to completely ignore the context of the answer. but as usual only the ’ :woman_shrugging: anything is possible in the future’ matters

Then, surely, you’re able to provide a source which states, “we, Blizzard, won’t ever implement High Elves as a playable race”.

I’ll wait to see it, to be sure.

This is apparently what they are, the model seems to be misleading but if they used them before the attack of the scourge like suggested then they obviously aren’t

https://wow.gamepedia.com/Burning_Crystal

The fel crystals are exclusively used by Blood elves who are warlocks which I feel should be mentioned. The actual fel crystals that is.

It’s already been explained above. A person just needs to look at the bigger picture and use some common sense.

And yet, want to care to explain this post?

Claim that we need to use some common sense, then act like it is only use pro’s who aren’t co operating, but won’t pull up with what you Anti’s are doing.

So, what you’re saying is, “nobody every said it explicitly, but the people who believe what I believe are capable of knowing the minds of others.”

Noted. A cool superpower, to be sure.

you could ask ion could horde humans be an AR and he would say the same thing. already playable/faction distinction/anything is possible in the future

“if you want to be a big burly fogsail freebooter, :woman_shrugging: sorry the alliance is there and waiting for you”

I wish I had that superpower. Oh gosh, can you imagine what they are truely thinking?

Why is it whenever I enter a High Elf thread I just feel like everyone is just insulting each other?
