Do you guys think that the Void Elves will ever be expanded on then the writers just giving up and making them into the Bad Guys where they fall too far into the void?
I would like for them to be a society of their own and actually control the whispers of their heads instead of giving in.
Technically that was Nāzoths version of things and not realā¦
Iām sure weāll get some more in time. We actually learned a fair bit about them though most discount it during bfa.
I do want the Telorgrus Rift to be turned into a little sanctuary for us with buildings.
An area where new recruits are trained to master the void, a place where lectures are given, an observatory, and link in that third island and build a containment around the void stormā¦ Turn it into a Voidwell.
Theyāll also need an area to show new warriors, rogues and hunters being trained.
Show high and blood elves going through Alleriaās process to become Void Elves now refined, showing them coming out with a mix of natural and unnatural features. They can use that Voidwell to quicken the process and fill in for the Void Essence.
They are already both.

They could even have a bit where some eat some Void too quickly or something and end up blue, just to show that new blue void elves are also possible. It would be kind of strange if they arenāt.

Instead of being in the Rift. Do you think at some point instead of stormwind will they have a town in Northern Lordearon or take the lodge back from the Withered High Elves in the Eastern Plaguelands? Not only would the Lodge to be rebuild and taken back in Alliance Hands but also a New Home for the Void Elves to have.
Also thereās the Lodge in Loch Modan. Thatās another good place for them to have a town in.
I was thinking it should just be random.
The newer process using the Voidwell is fast but chaotic.
They have no reason to abandon their home, source of power, best option for making more void elves or their research.
No. Those are not theirs.
Pretty sure it was never in Alliance handsā¦ That lodge came about after blood elves exiled some of their own.
Not an elven settlement or town. It is just a hunting lodge.

Downside of a Voidwell idea is that itād probably end up overcentralized, like the Sunwell. Iād prefer we stay tied to the Void itself rather than a well.
I believe Farstrider Lodge used to be, as the name suggests, a Farstrider Lodge. Though in game it uses night elf architecture for some reason. Laziness I guess?
Nowadays, itās a hunting lodge, and the only high elf whoās there that Iām aware of is Vyrin Swiftwind, who serves as the Innkeeper.
Fair point.
I just see it as an option to explain how theyāre making more not that theyāre bound to it.
Probably right though, blizzard would likely play it as any other well.
I do hope they make use of the void storm in some way though.
I love this idea! Eastern plaguelands is likely back to normal now as well and the lodge could be resettled.
Same for the highvale lodge and the one in loch modan.
Given where it is, it will be resettled by Blood Elves.
Also hard to tell if EPL would be cured yet. WPL was much less hurt, and was struggling to be fully cured back in Cata.
Iād believe WPL is cured now but EPL is probably still a work in progress. (Iām not Blizzard though soā¦)
Thats owned by the Highvale Elves thoughā¦ not the Void Elves.
Not actually an elven settlement. Its just a place for hunters now.
I very much doubt blood elves want to leave their majestic lavish forests for a lodge in EPL.
I still think these are all great potential options for high elves and void elves alike to resettle, youāre free to disagree!
Would be nice for highvale lodge to potentially expand into a huge town or city akin to theramore, have a nice big cozy place for high elves to chill.
Iām not against stormwind simply being their home however.

ā¦ Blood Elves often leave their homeland. Theyāre part of the Horde and live in many different places.
How much have you missed?
Those places donāt make a lot of sense for actual resettlement for Void Elves. Void Elves are still building their home in the Rift.
Once theyāve finished that, they can make more settlements.
Far as High Elves, excepting the Highvale lodge (which is already settled so not sure why its being brought up) none of those places make a lot of sense.
The Eastern Plaguelands is far from allies and far from High Elven holdings and immensely dangerous., the lodge in Loch Modan is a single building that mostly harbours local hunters doing their thing. Not a great candidate for high elven homes.
Especially when most High Elves live in Stormwind, Dalaran, and again already live in Highvale.
As far as towns and such spread across the world Highvale is actually fairly large already.
High Elves are also already chilling there.
Several high elves already make SW their home.

There isnāt really a point to make an expanded in game high elf specific hub at this point.
As for void elves, I doubt theyād be allowed to settle in Highvale due to their usage of the Void and the fact that they have mages and warlocks. The Highvale elves reject magic.

I still think those would make for fine ideas, and highvale expanding would be neat I think, not necessarily for void elves

It would be kind of pointless to make an expanded high elf hub that specifically rejects void elves. If any new hub were to be made, it should either be void elf focused, or somehow accommodate both.
Also, doesnāt Dalaran already serve as a gathering spot for high elves, via the Silver Covenant? Would make more sense for them to gather there, rather than Highvale.
Highvale is very much its own distinct thing that couldnāt serve as a general high elf spot, since high elf spellcasters wouldnāt really be encouraged to gather there.

Maybe for void elves they could make a town in duskwood for the spook!
Or they could just stick to the rift and expand it.

Duskwoodās dark, but it isnāt really Voidy.
An expanded Telogrus would serve this purpose just fine. Maybe add some more portals to it to make it feel less cut off. Portals are supposed to be part of the Void theme after all.

Iām with Somand on this.
The Rift is the best place for Void elves to expand.
We only have TENTS!
And highvale has many pitfalls for both void elves and other high elves.
Dalaran and SW already exist as hubs. High elves are set.
If blizzard wants to show more high elves returning to the Alliance the Mages or park districts can just have some more npcs added.
