Itās a small price to pay for Alliance figureheads being kicked out.
I wouldnāt have thought you would want to see Lorāthemar deposed despite his Alliance sympathies.

And out of all the Horde leaders, heās the one that is allowed to appear wary of the Alliance.
As far as Iām aware heās the only one to petition to join the Alliance. Not even Baine did that. He was also the first Horde leader in BFA to team up with the Alliance. With Jaina, who slaughtered his people, no less.

Are you really going for that minor plot point that was mentioned as an afterthought for the Alliance to make them think they messed up, while overlooking all that was done?
The guy never stood as a friendly NPC, not even in beta, in Stormwind.
And it was worse that he was made to tolerate Jaina during MoP in SoO, because Blizz gave him short term memory loss.
Letās talk again when he actually puts his people in jeopardy because he shows to care more about the Alliance than about the blood elves (I should remind you that the whole joining the Alliance thing was because he didnāt want that, not out of loyalty), something Thrall and Baine have already done.
How about instead of destroying more Horde leaders they have arcs that bring them back to supporting their people rather than peace at all costs.
The wars have been dumb as all hell, but the overall desire to be at peace feels out of place given each side constantly beating the living hell out of one another.
Both sides can recognize that they need to lay off once in awhile and focus on larger threats without just becoming minor fiefdoms of the other.

Yes. He tried to join the Alliance. Rationalise it if you wish, but heās the biggest traitor amongst the Horde leadership. I will reiterate, personally Iām not in favour of another civil war.
No, but he stood as a friendly npc at both sieges of Orgrimmar, Pandaria, the Eternal Palace, the Sunwell and Nazjatar.

Would be kind of odd for them to make new high elf NPCs at this point, when they could instead make new void elves. Void knows weāre lacking in NPCs, and we can look like high elves anyway.
