This doesn’t seem necessary to point out but I suppose it was meant with some kind of specific tone towards people who have every right to safeguard the visual uniqueness that Blood Elves have left and I get the feeling it was.

High elves want help when it suits them but are like, “get off my lawn trees” when it suits them.

Garithos had the impossible task of mounting a resistance against hordes of undead, most of whom were made from his own people while himself having to deal with the burden of being the son of someone important meaning no one took him seriously.

And then you have some dumb princeling who’s conspiring with demons and talking snake ladies and turned their eyes green and they’re all like, “You know that war thing? All that killing? You know how we’re at risk of getting kill-deaded? Well I don’t like that, you should go get kill-deadeded instead-ed.” and Garithos was like, “How about I throw you in jail?”

That’s what Blood Elves call unjust. Toe-randy and Malf-hurr-ion threw their own flesh and blood in prison for 10,000 years because he was too cool for school and you’re upset over that?

I’m hoping blood elves get more hair, tattoos, jewelry for men too, more jewelry color options, scars, and dark ranger customization.

What folk are upset about is the loss of Blood Elven uniqueness. Not some skin tone.

Oh, a few are also a little peeved at the loss of Void Elf uniqueness but I imagine most will ignore me.

Garithos was actively trying to kill the Blood Elves… So they found their way to survive his suicide missions for them.

My hope for the allied race pass in 9.1 is just normal hair for void elves with blonde and white hair at least. And void racial to be changed to not force void transformation but jusy provide the buff. I could then accept void elf as a compromise for no Silver Covenant elves payable.

I may not agree with this and want them to go more Voidy hair colors… but I think this is likely going to happen.

If we’re talking pirates then why not Thalo’dan’s Privateers? The High elven “pirates” that help us fight the Alliance in Ratchet. They already consider the Horde their allies, and despise the alliance afterall.

Because the Horde already has high elves?

Alteraci who’ve joined with the Bloodsail Buccaneers, and the Fogsail Freebooters giving the horde the Thin model, regular model and Thicc model of human in one fel Swoop.

Added benefit of watching everyone lose their mind over the Horde getting human body type toggles before the Alliance.

High Elves were in the Alliance of Lordaeron for less than one iteration of the RTS. They are not an Alliance race. The Silver Covenant is one, not very large, brigade of Rangers.

You have Ren’dorei, under a beloved signature hero unit from the RTS days. That’s how it went.

Forum spam echo chambers won’t change the facts. Playable High Elves are Horde and have been for over a decade.

Thanks for your opinion, But I will keep asking for The Playable Alliance High Elves. Tried the Ren’dorei appeasement attempt didn’t feel right.

I’m happy the skins got added and my stance on further things being added is more or less the same as Nico’s, and I’d like to point out that this is completely unnecessary.
