High Elf POSITIVITY Thread 😎

I’m not worried about anybody’s feelings, just disinterested in entertaining agenda-driven drivel from people whose entire purpose is to stir the pot.

I mean, pre-SL, sure. But now?

Oh so now you’re, what? Headcanoning that those that remained don’t exist anymore and it’s just their babies that grew up at an accelerated rate?

I didn’t say it didn’t. But it’s funny since you think that it only works against me while thinking that it benefits you.

“You’re too sensitive”

One post later.

“No, how dare you calling them traitors!? I will make stuff up so they don’t look like traitors!”

It just sends me that apparently real life analogies they keep making are fine and people are too sensitive.

But we’re all supposed to tip toe around the sensitive nature of saying Blood Elves are High Elves and the modern continuation of the HE story?

What’s that?

More headcanon.

Real life analogies only work in his benefit and should be taken as valid.

Or some drivel along those lines.

“Rules for me but not for thee.”

It’s not even a rules for me but not others situation it’s the assumption the HE is so sensitive but these real life analogies they can keep throwing out aren’t?

It’s insulting.

You’re going to have to elaborate, because this just seems like nonsense?

There isn’t one thing I stated which implies this is my belief… seems like you’re having a discussion with a boogeyman.

It’s got nothing to do with whether or not someone is offended by off-handed or incendiary commentary – if someone chooses to be offended, that’s on them.

However, because Blizzard disallows the anti-HE crowd from isolating themselves within their own thread, the only solution is for pro-HE players to consciously ignore incendiary commentary (so as to not get bogged down in useless semantical arguments).

I won’t tip toe around it when Blizzard themselves have confirmed that High Elves are now among the Blood Elves and Void Elves and that your Player Character can be one.

There you go again, ignoring the truth and reality when it comes to playable High Elves in this game.

Is this some sort of low hanging fruit?

If anyone has to elaborate thought, that would be you, because you’re the one separating those who didn’t follow Kale’thas back to their kingdom and “modern high elves”… whatever that means.

Headcanon it’s bad m’kay?

Which would be Blood Elves primarily as they carried on the High Elven traditions and added to it.

My high elves have rejoined their people in quel’thalas. That’s good enough for me.

I’m gonna run out of Likes if this keeps up.

I haven’t separated “those who didn’t follow Kael’thas” from “modern High Elves”, they’re one and the same – if you call yourself a High Elf, in Shadowlands, “modern High Elf”.

What’s confusing?

This doesn’t make sense as a response to what was said. You’re slipping. :man_shrugging:

I changed my priest’ mog to fit joining in with what I call “the dorks of the Shadowlands” (Kyrian)…

I promise this priest actually honors those who fell during the siege of the Scourge.
