High Elf POSITIVITY Thread 😎

They’re a little of both. The Syndicate is Alteraci forces… What’s left of them. Some Alteraci do work with the Alliance, but those ones also work with the Horde.

No they were not…

The Alteraci didn’t think the Alliance could win and let the Horde pass through their lands to strike Quel’thalas.

They thought they were working with the winning side.

I wouldnt call that an alliance though, it was a be destroyed or submit situation.

Honestly though, there is quite a few who reject either Alliance and Horde.

And then Stromgarde destroyed them for it. The Alliance tore apart their lands and with Deathwings interference tried to rest power from their rightful heirs.

The Alteraci have plenty of reason to join the Horde. Especially now that Stromgarde has been established on Alliance blood and Coin.

They need a rallying call is all. The leader of the Alteraci gets the Horde to remove a few old time leaders making it look like Strom was at it again, the the Horde helps reestablish Alterac City… Not that unlikely I
think.

Yeah, that is true.

They’re known for Subterfuge already. Could even be used as a story point later on in some further expac.

Yeah the alliance did destroy them, I’m not gona disagree.
But I don’t think using “choosing one or the lesser of the two evils” is a legitimate reason for them join the horde. And it especially does not compare to the high elves who’ve already been alliance for long.

They let the horde pass out of fear of being completely wiped out by them afterall.

They’re choosing the side that might help them now. Not a lesser of two evils.

The Horde has resources that could rebuild their people, and the Alteraci have a reason to defend lands now open to potential Alliance incursion.

And I’m not comparing them to high elves.

I was saying I’d add Alteraci humans to the Horde before a small band of privateers.

Ok fair enough, it’s true that in current wow they could possibly look for a new alliance with the new good forsaken instead of holding a grudge from 30 years ago.

Speaking of which, I’m actually kinda glad forsaken will no longer be scumbags anymore, I know people are really mad about sylvanas becoming a psycho (including myself), but at least now they have a new peaceful leader that actually cares about them.

Can we vote Avarie for president?

Nah, vote her for Queen of the World :stuck_out_tongue:

The world has a queen already…

Oh she is no queen. She is a disgrace to all of the Elven empire.

If I click this link will it take me to artwork of Sylvanas Windrunner I wonder

Though this does cement why a re established Elf Empire would never work we’d all have opinions on who should lead hehe

Fixed the link, sorry

Hmmm it’s Azshara. I cannot serve two Queens, and I’ve already pledged myself to the Dark Lady Sylvanas Windrunner.

I am ever so curious what they do with Azshara though. Am I spelling her name correctly? Spell check says not but shrugs

You will respect her majesty, mortal!

…

Sorry, I just really like the character a lot :joy: A cold, bigot, arrogant, megalomaniac woman. One of the best characters in Warcraft. I’m looking forward to her inevitable death in (hopefully) the next expansion.

Anyways. Quel’dorei for the Alliance, support I must.
