That was good on both sides.
Lots of gray and lots of black bits too. Like a war story should be.
But they canât see to hold it past half an Xpac at most.

I got money on them doing a timeskip at the end of Shadowlands, personally.
The first Battle of the Undercity and the Alliance declaring war was good as far as both factions being right from their own perspective too.
I just threw up in my mouth a little.
We havenât seen a single instance of them fighting Sinâdorei (in terms of lore) though. Void Elves only took up study of the Void to protect these people, and now theyâre suddenly perfectly fine with killing them? IF that is truly the case, they should at least show them doing just that. Show that theyâre willing to fight against the Sinâdorei, for the Alliance.
âŚBut they were at the battle of Lorderon.
Sinâdorei werenât present at that fight. Lorâthemar was alone.
How? The trolls are the ones who pushed High Elves to the humans the first time.
Gotta rebuild capitals for the Forsaken and night elves, the factions most associated with Life and Death, some time. The Death expansion seems like a reasonable time.
Besides you donât want to fight the Blood Elves, you need them to help lead every Horde Rebellion.
Armani trolls and wasnât that a long time ago. Lorderon had to use an old oath just to get them out of Silvermoon to reluctantly save Azeroth⌠and all humans arenât the Alliance!
So we are to head canon assume when in battle with the Horde they let all the Blood Elves get away?? Nothing Iâve seen makes me assume that, they may have come out of thin air but the lore we do have on them is that they werenât that loyal to the Horde and are salty about being exiled, and just like Sylvanas coming in to help the Sinâdorei all those years ago as a former hero of their people, Alleria does the same and brings them into the Alliance.
This is true, but at some point they were already exiled, already changed to Void Elves, had no loyalty to the Horde their people had abandoned them, and Allerias offer must seemed logical to them, and since taking it weâve seen them engage in the war campaign and fight for the Alliance.
They have fought for the Alliance.
I agree with you that they need more development. But I donât think I need to see a Void Elf specifically fight a Blood Elf to know their Alliance now, theyâve been fighting the entirety of the Fourth War for the Alliance.
Dalaran only gets out of bed for world ending threats now. They donât care about Horde and Alliance bickering.
So?
The heirs or whatever to the leader who saved the High Elves (because he brought the human tribes together to make them strong enough to even take on the trolls at all) are the ones who went to SW. Thatâs part of what that post I linked for you explains with the quotes and where they are from.
Never saw it and wouldnât have remembered it by now anyway. If itâs one of those videos they arenât very reliable. High Elves arenât that important to me, I mean I dislike them and really donât want them to be playable, but this is something I do to procrastinate. I donât actually think about it when Iâm not on here.
Itâs all from wowpedia, which no one has come along to refute yet. If I bother to gather it again will you actually read it?
Oof, right there with you.
Iâm avoiding moving stuff over to my new place right now by doing this.
If itâs the high elf page, Iâve read the high elf page and your stance is generous at best. Though if itâs something else make sure youâve tagged me and not when Iâm being swarmed. Iâm going to bed see you next time Iâm working from home or am trying to figure out how to do more damage.
Maybe give it to Guzzle to send to me on Discord.
I had like 104 emails when I got home today.
Why on Azeroth would it be the High Elf page? Itâs like a handful of articles covering Arathi, SW, and High Elves along with the wars.
Itâs not worth it at this point. Good luck figuring stuff out.
I honestly wouldnât say itâs too crazy? Talk to Umbric and Alleria. Both of them want the Sinâdorei to rejoin the Alliance. Are they truly willing to fight them? We know that Umbric and his followers think something like this: âMy followers and I felt no loyalty to the Horde.â, but they also have a desire for the Sinâdorei to rejoin the Alliance? I highly doubt theyâre going to be alright with taking their lives.
âAnd one day, I pray we will bring all of Silvermoon back into the fold.â.
We still havenât seen them have a single interaction with any Sinâdorei yet. We donât know how they view or treat each other. And by potentially being lenient to BLood ELves, theyâre being lenient to the Horde.
Against most but not all of the Horde. As Umbric said before, they were all happy to break away from the Horde. We already knew they didnât care about the Orcs, Trolls, Tauren and Undead. Sinâdorei are part of that Horde though, and itâs (kind of?) clear that the Void ELves still care for them.
If theyâre truly willing to fight the Sinâdorei, I want to see it. Itâd make both the Void ELf and Sinâdorei story more interesting, and itâd give both fans of Alliance and Horde some sense of âfaction rivalryâ, which seems to be a big deal for WoW.
