Blood elves aren’t 99% of Thalassians though. And again, some are specifically labeled as high elves in game.

they always like to state their opinion of blizzards as stated facts, but it does not change anything that the high elf population in the alliance being vanishingly low is stated fact. on multiple occasions. across 15 years

Yes. Alleria is not like the playable Velfs but If Blizzard did the following: “Velfs get non-purple skin and hair” basically you getting Helf options… It won’t go against lore.
No one can say “Velf’s getting light skin tones is against the lore…”
“Where does it say they couldn’t have light skin tones?”
“Um… Alleria isn’t a playable Velf… So playable Velf’s don’t get to be like her.”
Blizzard never said that. Blizz can make Velf light tones and there won’t be anything wrong with it in game when it comes to lore.
If blizzard did that then you would have exactly what blood elves are.
It isn’t going to happen. They aren’t going to do it. They made the void elves the way they are for that exact reason.

Alleria is not a Blood Elf.
Since this is true the following applies:
yes she is. blood elves are high elves. unless she isnt a high elf
allerias transformation into the first void elf was over the course of hundreds of years training under locus walker
The high elf fantasy literally can’t be fulfilled by blood elves because the fantasy is portrayed by the silver covenant and is rooted in the whole idea that vengeance isn’t worth forsaking ideals for.
