High Elf compromise

Guess I ought to quit then

My family, friends and guild of over 10 years is alliance. I don’t find enjoyment in playing horde, trust me I’ve tried, it’s not all it’s cracked up to be.

None of my horde characters would follow orders like that. In character none of my blood elves liked or respected sylvanas even before this. They sure as heck wouldn’t show up to defend her sewer after she turned into arthas but worse.

And no, you don’t get the option to betray her right away. it also bothers me that none of the racial leaders seem bothered until she wants to execute Baine.

And Tolkien initially thought of his elves as having dark hair, except for the members of one particular household that had golden hair.

I respect that Sylvanas did drive a lot of ppl away I completely understand if you feel that way

I agree that if anything, the story for the Void elves could have been done far better, especially to satisfy those wanting to play High elves. I can imagine that many players would have been satisfied if the elves that turned void were High elves, and not just Blood elves.

And perhaps there’s a chance for that in the future when Blizzard decides to make a feasible explanation as to how the Void elves plan to bolster their ranks.

People asked about this actually and Blizz said they were thinking about doing it, then they stabbed those people in the back and gave belves blue eyes lol.

I love your guild name!

my favorite belf is the dark haired, darker skinned model, and i requested alliance high elves with the whole range of human skin colors, and then when they said we get african and asian human skins, i changed to half elves instead, so we could have african, asian or caucasian half elves. but very few helfers will be satisfied with half elves. i would be delighted with half elves, provided they did a good job on them.

That’s still up in the air. It isn’t even confirmed. The eyes might be for worgen actually. And they don’t look like eyes that would fit very well for belves imo. I don’t want high elves but still should stick with the facts. It is very possible they aren’t adding blue eyes to belves.

And mi guild name loves you, random citizen.

I think, for Lor’themar and the Blood elves at least, they still had great respect and admiration (and guilt) for the sacrifice she made in order to ensure their survival, so it was hard for them to really accept that she was going off the deep end.

They are 100% adding them to belves, it’s just reaching to pretend they are not. That being said is not the shade of blue that Helf NPCs have.

That’s possible, still being okay with burning a bunch of civilians alive, I can’t really get past that enough to play horde for very long.

if youre talking about afrasiabi, all he did was repeat what ion said. anything is possible

like its possible they will give orcs pink skin, unlikely, but it is possible

Pandarens say hello.

Also there’s literally no way to tell a Void Elf apart from a Blood Elf if you put the two of them next to each other and they both equip let’s say Tier 14 armor. Hell let’s use even more modern armor, the corrupted armor. Now the Blood Elf has an effect almost similar to the Void Elf’s racial they look even more similar.

Threads like this is why I have no sympathy for the Anti High elf people. Many of you all are very rude and insulting to people who just want a lore friendly option made available. Even when it’s as innocent as customization options for an already existing race.

You all deserve every high elf thread spammed onto these forums.

Pretending you don’t know the difference between bloodelves and the alliance High elves, just makes you look petty or stupid. Which is it?

As long as horde gets a race that look exactly like Draenei then.

If Horde got Eredar I would switch in a heartbeat.

Your character there. Have you remained as you were before the Worgen update?
