I do feel as though this can turn into a forum lounge sometimes.
Does it bother anyone is the high elves dont have the phoenix or heavy arcane themes?
I like the more ranger aspect of it. Otherwise i do not believe Vareesa could call herself the Ranger General of the Silver covenant.
Not to say that there are no mages in the SC either, because the High elves are well versed in the arcane.
I like the Cloth armor in the OP with the hoods, head bands and the tunic covering part of the shoulders.
I Also like the Unicorn theme as well and appreciate that Blizz made that distinction.
i did a story craft for that.
a group of farstriders, thousands of years earlier, take a fleet out to survey the islands off the coast of quelâthalas and eastern plaguelands. the dragon isles have a sort of bermuda triangle anomalie, that crashes any ships trying to approach it and they shipwreck. this same thing could happen to other races also. the dragons protect that island, perhaps because its dangerously connected to the old gods? so once boats are shipwrecked there, the occupants/survivors are not allowed to leave and reveal what they found
this would also explain why the dragons will not tell wrathion where the dragon isles are located, even though heâs asked and has been searching for them
The reality is there are helfers who would settle for half-elves, or at least they were last time I paid attention to the discordâs discussion on it.
I personally could love to see a bit of the Celtic theme thrown in there as well, they intended for the Night Elves to have it⊠but Iam only seeing that in their Druidism⊠and that has been lost into the hordes many druids.
One thing that doesnât makes sense either is that it is stated by some that the markings were druid symbols, but only the women have it? It was the men that were only Druids in the past, while the women were the Sentinels and Priestesses.
The less they are like the Belfs, the more inclined I will be to play one and HAPPILY.
That is the one thing the Antis just cannot let go of: that we want Alliance High Elves for their own sake and NOT so we can discommode their oh-so-precious selves!
High Elf Rangers? Seems right.
Yes I can easily see High Elves completely doing all they can to disassociate themselves from their erring FORMER kin! Kael the Overbearing wants to rename everything and paint the town red and change change CHANGE!
Fine.
So can they.
What kind of changes? Who knows? Let the devs deal with that. I know what Iâd like to see and scroll up if you wanna read it.(or go into my atchive and prowl around there)
High Elves; with a touch of Dark. Dragon Isles.
WHY did the name âMichael Moorcockâ come to mind?
