um helves existed before belves did, in the alliance. so…?

High elves were an Alliance race before the Horde got blood elves.
We wanted them way before you got “your model”.

The model mockups Talendrion made are my faves, but I’d be 100% on board with Nozdormu high elves.

it’s like if i leveled my nightborne to cap and then taunted nelf players by telling them they’re noobs or something. doesn’t make sense to me.

So Modern High Elves are also a type of High Elf? Shocking news.
Can you believe that Blood Elves and Modern High Elves are both tangent groups of a previous (Pre Third War) High Elf culture, both facing the decimation of their people on different and very much contrasting ways?
To claim that either Blood Elves or Modern High Elves are the "true"High Elves is foolish beyond measure, both groups so obviously have changed from their previous iteration.

I didn’t see that many salty horde as opposed to the hordes of Alliance players who have been whining all expansion that horde had 2 recolor mounts they could get from questing (and then use on alliance) gloating about the bee.

…and so much has changed, in that ‘day’.
When Kael the Overdressed declared you were all ‘Blood Elves’, on that day…
Thrall was still Warchief AND in real armor.
Cairne was Chief of the Tauren.
Vol’jin same Trolls.
Goblins were cute little neutral NPCs.
Camp Taurajo was a going lively place.
The Barrens was in one piece (RIP Barrens chat and Chuck Norris jokes).
Sylvanas wore a two-piece and generally behaved herself.
Turalyon and Alleria hadn’t been seen in a long time.
NOTHING was ‘account wide’.
Flying was in Outland only, and at cap.
And that’s just Horde, mostly.
Heck of a long ‘day’ since, yes?

i was a total anti until i started asking questions and reading the answers each side gave. you see how my opinion has shifted.
