I agree, it’s pointless going in the same circles and I’d rather stay positive.
if any nay-sayers come to disrupt us, simply ignore them. cooler heads prevail.
I’ve been somewhat swamped with homework, but I may be able to make more progress on my high elf drawing tonight.
They might get to us quickly but atleast they get to us. Shout out to the mods!
I am behind this 100%
I believe before the last thread reached it limit, we were discussing the Dragon Isles. This may be a good opportunity for blizz to find more of the same race on a different isle. Because besides the Dragon Kin, there would have been a sentient group that would have been seeking out that greater power. High elves make sense because they could have either been exploring for new arcane sources, or maybe they escaped the scourge and never found out about Garithos?
Thoughts?
I am firmly against Dragon Elves.
Same, but it wouldnt be a bad area to boost the population… although not necessary imo. (void elves defeated pretty much every reason not to implement high elves)
Dropping by to show my support.
No, please. Just let it die!
Its almost been 15 years since wow came out. People have been asking for High Elves since then. The request wont end until they are implemented.
Change that, it has already happened twice. We have Belves, and Velves. Both are high elves.
And we’re back. And no. We will never die. Our love and desire for High Elves will continue on.
I believe our passion will pay off.
“We are inevitable”
I agree. We all should be brainstorming and ignoring the repetitive back and forth arguments. As for the Dragon Isles, it’s one of my favorite things to bring up. How there could be another group of High Elves there, having been there since they were Allied with the Alliance. Perhaps some humans went with them as well, continuing that relationship with the Alliance through them.
We got Blood Elves and Void Elves. High Elves arent playable yet. Soon though. Since the introduction of ARs it wont be long before we will playing them.
I say we just go to wherever the Silver Covenant is keeping their boats.
They have to be somewhere…
At the very, very, very least, Blizzard is well aware of the demand, and perhaps that that demand won’t go away until they’re properly introduced.
Oh, and Hi from a fellow Sargeras player!
we need real elves. seems from my research i have uncovered that wow elves are actually all dark elves or drow. the original trolls from which the first highborne, night elves and nightborne originated, are called dark trolls in the lore.
in the dungeons and dragons encyclopedia, a dark elf (drow) is a troll. and all wow elves descend from trolls. so wow only has drow. even high elves are descended from trolls and are therefore drow.
actual high elves and wood elves, are from an entirely different plane of existence, called the feywild. the devs have tricked us into believing a wow high elf is a traditional high elf. it aint. it’s a drow descendant. hehe
bonus info: and trolls derive from werewolves. so wow elves are worgen haha.
here is the d&d drow (dark elf), et al, troll
I totally saw you the other day. You were on the pally mount that ive never seen. Had to look it up because i wanted it.
