That’s cool and all, but I am still waiting on that quote Mowachassa.
Well…metaphorically punch your old self in the face and be reborn from your self made cocoon of self righteous rage.
Yeah…no…it doesn’t work that way. One is in a state of being playable, the other is not. They are both heralded as the same race, and as such, you can’t deny someone because of something that you want that isn’t available or never will be.
Let alone, for all the statements of “we want the high elves loyal to the alliance”, that important distinction suddenly disappears when blue eyes are brought up.
This severely undermines the argument of lore, if the eye color is what you feel is distinctive, and blood elf models already have blue eyes in the NPC’s. So shouldn’t you be complaining about this matter?
How about fogsail humans using kul tiran and SW human models?
Based on that logic, someone should complain they’ll never get humans on the horde because of these models being used unfairly by the alliance, and that is certainly a greater distinction than eye color which you don’t see unless you zoom in.
You can disagree with it, but it is still true, and something the devs state through lore and in interviews.
