To be fair we don’t canonically know how many High Elves actually are in Stormwind. Sure there’s only two in game, but canonically there’s also more than 80 ish humans in Stormwind
There’s just not enough info to go off of. The population is likely extremely low though, Dalaran has the highest population outside of Silvermoon, and they’re even rare there
