You…do realize high elves dis nothing jntil WotLK.
Nothing until MoP and nothing ever since?
So…2 plotlines in 2 expansion.
Pirate humans have always been around, and done more.
8 expansions vs 2 dude.
Your bias clearly shows you do not remember things accurately. Advise me when you do more than just bark in the background.
I never said they did. You are not even paying attention to what is being discussed.
That’s actually what you’ve been doing. Projection doesn’t change that you’re wrong.
I mean, their only significant character was created as a trophy wife.
Who has done…nothing…since MoP but say, “I believe in the blood elves!”
The expression “wiped out” isn’t synonymous with “made extinct”.
To be fair here…it kind of is:
Synonyms of wipe out
abolish, annihilate, black out, blot out, cancel, clean (up), efface, eradicate, erase, expunge, exterminate, extirpate, liquidate, obliterate, root (out), rub out, snuff (out), stamp (out), sweep (away)
We’ve given you Blood Elves and Nightborne already – you’re red in the ledger, and still demanding more.
Blood elves weren’t an Alliance race to be given, they had left the Alliance long before they were introduced to the Horde.
I never said they did. You are not even paying attention to what is being discussed.
The High Elves don’t even do the deed. We stick it in the dias, slurp up all that electric-blue mountain dew, and skidaddle out of there. There’s nothing to learn there.
Quit attempting to promote your fanfic-tier idea of High Elf shamans in a desperate attempt to make them even remotely different from Blood Elves.
We’ve given you Blood Elves and Nightborne already – you’re red in the ledger, and still demanding more.
Aguni:
You never owned the High Elves, and they were never owed to you in the first place. You’ve had 12 years to get over this simple fact? Same with the Nightborne.
So…2 plotlines in 2 expansion.
Did appearances in general not count?
Alrighty then, 3 expansions, legion in Suramar, thanks for showing more bias.
3>1
Pirate humans have always been around, and done more.
Sure, just not for the Horde, so you only have 1.
There is a VERY big difference between High Elves and Blood Elves. Thanks for pointing this out btw. Its a common thing peeps seem to get mixed up which is fair considering the size of WoW lore
So, this discussion is just this:
“Well, they can tell a story in which X happens.”
“But it didn’t happen.”
“I didn’t say it happened. I’m talking about possible development.”
“But it can’t happen.”
“Of course it can happen. The future is not written.”
“But it didn’t happen.”
“I didn’t say it happened.”
“But it didn’t. And won’t. Because I don’t like it. End of discussion.”
Being a troll jerk doesn’t make you right.
High Elves are an Alliance race and are central to the Alliance’s themes and identity.
Owie, so quick to insult yet not so much to accept it when you’re called out for it.
Other people answered and honestly I told myself I’d stop debating anti’s because you guys argue like blockheads
So we are… blockheads, thats quite insulting you know?, and its not like you guys have been pushing this dead horse for years even after beign told NO.
Anyway I am done speaking with you. I can never convince any of the anti’s they are wrong despite the 1000000 times I and others have debunked your arguments.
Why Im wrong?, because you say it?, because I can’t have worries about your suggestions?, Im yet to be debunked, and I won’t stop voicing my concerns.
Btw, Im not normally flaggin but you both kind of earned it, so, here ya go
I like the potential of that story a lot, for what it’s worth.

There’s nothing to develop off of. Wildhammers aren’t happening, High Elves aren’t happening. Nothing about the blue-eyed “our elves are special this time, we swear!”, remotely suggests anything to do with shamanism beyond a completely artificial warhammer wood-elf theme that is entirely occupied by the Night Elves.
Sin’dorei are your Asur
Ren’dorei are you Druchii
Kal’dorei are your Asrai
High Elves are just Sin’Dorei except they tinged their crap blue.
in regards to being a part of the alliance of lordaeron, this is true, but this comment implies there was some sort of deep and ancient friendship…this is false
I actually agree, and I’d like them to be playable too. They only helped the Alliance back then because of a pact they made to the humans forever ago and because Alleria just did her own thing. Then there was the troll/orc problem in Quel’Thalas. It wasn’t because they were friends.
As it stands, the only similarity in theme is the color blue.
If we get them, it would be linked to the Silver Covenant following Vereesa. They missed their window to use Alleria.
There is a VERY big difference between High Elves and Blood Elves.
the term high elf today has a totally different meaning. in the present a ‘high’ elf is a blood elf with a different political opinion. thats it. they are identical in terms of loooks, themes, and fantasy. they bring nothing to the game that blood elves dont
Sure, but there’s also the fact that High Elves never tapped into fel magic, while the Blood Elves made a choice to rely on fel magic and arcane tapping to sate their magic hunger
I like the potential of that story a lot, for what it’s worth.
Worth a lot, the ability to imagine story development not based in the past, is severely lacking in some, players.

Fyre always coming in clutch to prove my point.
There’s nothing to develop off of. Wildhammers aren’t happening, High Elves aren’t happening.
Oh wait, another.
There’s nothing to develop off of.
And that’s obviously false.
