Blizz please i beg of you.

If backpacks can hide some of our weapons, we should be allowed to hide all of our weapons.

It has pvp implications they tried it for monks for roughly a patch in legion and its one of the only removed mogs in the game.

Knowing when someone is disarmed or not is pretty big in pvp and to many effects make characters hands glow.

Fist weapons are hidden while sheathed.

When ever this top comes up I always think about Duncan Macleod the Highlander. In the middle of nowhere he would sense another being with the power of the Quicking and suddenly have his sword, pulled out of nowhere.

“In the end there can be only one”.

So the monk “invisible” fist mog is gone? Bummer. Would actually have liked that

It’s not gone, I use it all the time in my monk. Unless this is some kind of recent change.

Ah ok. I thought that’s what they were saying. Monk only anyway, which makes sense. But would be a “nice to have” for other classes.

I agree, there should be a way to hide your weapon, especially for spellcasters who don’t actually use their weapon for combat.

I think they’re just asking for hidden while sheathed. But I could be wrong.

There needs to be a “hide character model” option. How else can I RP as an ethereal being in or spirit possessed suit of armor.

If you unequip it, it is hidden

You have my support, I’d like this also.

Blizzard could make it toggle off when flagged for PvP or in PvP areas instead of punishing PvE players.

Don’t see why it’s not a thing, you could even make some melee classes not display the weapon at all and just make them animate as if they’re using no weapon at all purely for cosmetic reasons.

As for pvp, lol don’t think anybody looks for the enemy characer animations to know when a disarm has been used, think everybody just looks at the debuffs.

WHO CARES.

I’d love this. My Blood Elf hunter’s guns are so huge I can’t wear many other items. My butterfly wings for instance.

I don’t really know if they can for mogs?

Im not against it nor really for it just stating im not sure the tech would let them I can’t recall anything else besides full costumes changing mogs.

I wonder if they could change the hidden state to be on/ off as a conditional statement. So the game would check if you are flagged/ unflagged if flagged hidden weapon would be off. If unflagged hidden weapon would be on.

If they cannot do that, Blizzard could add a player visual that indicates if a player is disarmed or not.
