The herb looking off hands are fairly unobtrusive.

Yes, of course it should be hideable. But I think there are so many transmog options for offhand that you won’t having a hard time finding a good one. On my monk I use a fan for example.
However I don’t get why we don’t have the option to hide every item (including pants… especially if you are wearing a dress on top of it… and especially since you can unequip it and walk around naked with no problem.)

Also… make draenei underwear jewellery match the jewellery on the head and tail.
I believe “hide off-hand” should be available, as well as the option to “sheathe on back” for any 1 handed weapon in the game. I don’t think weapons look good dangling from the side at all.
Update: There is an off-hand in Dragonflight, that, as of today, stays invisible as long as you keep it sheathed. It is a crafted off-hand called “Core Explorer’s Compendium.” Hooray!
Just use a book offhand tbh. That what I do when I don’t want anything on my right hip.
