WC3 night elf could have beat the whole horde by themself. It is not surprising that they have to beat nerf as hell in a war faction game with more than a dozen race.
What if we gave the Alliance their Blood Elves back in exchange for undead Night Elves? That’d be cool.

That doesn’t explain turning Tyrande into an unlikeable, man-dependent banshee because they forgot how to write a strong female protagonist, nor does it explain Malfurion being put in a coma for three expansions to try to show off just how awful Tyrande is in some sort of exposure of how equal they are, nor does it explain writing the Night Elves being as generally dumb as stones despite being ten thousand years + old.
And keep in mind, this is coming from someone who finds it hilarious.

I don’t think you wanna do that considering the blood elves are on Thrall and Saurfang’s side and will be aiding the Horde in getting Sylvanas out of here.
And I’m still waiting for you to stop defending the evil horde in BfA and actually comment with an unbiased opinion for once.

Hey, man. I just want the Horde to be the Horde again and not have an Alliance race forced on us anymore.
But the Nightborne are the Horde’s answers to getting Night Elves. Why do you think their animations never changed? Everyone but the void and Nightborne Elves got a different animation and dance. All but those two.
Makes no sense to be making Kaldorei undead playable when they already got a counterpart.
FYI pointing out the writing to why the Nightborne joined the Horde was rubbish. Oh no, Tyrande said something mean. Because I am sure Gallywix, Sylvanas, and Nathanos are totally not being sarastic bullies and saying rude things to Thalyrssa. :eyeroll:

The Horde is fine with blood elves considering we’ve done more for the Horde than most races in recent times. The blood elves were the first to stand by Vol’jin and his rebellion to get the Horde back on track. The blood elves have spearheaded three total attacks flying Horde and Sin’dorei colors alike, and the blood elves have ensured honor remains a thing as much as possible with Lor’themar being the most diplomatic leader taking all people into account.
To say the blood elves aren’t members of the Horde is an ignorant and outdated view with zero current story backing, as the blood elves have representation in all of the media as being Horde loyalists and fighting tooth and nail with the other races. Please, catch up.

The source is more undead night elves being added into the game, Sylvanas having the ability to raise night elves (which makes 0 sense but well), lightforged undead coming and the fact that blizzard apparently hasn’t spit on the Night elves enough yet.
I’m just trying to prevent it from happening, because if they announce it it’s already too late and then you will be hiding under your rock as always when they actually do and you were wrong about it.
I just want some freakin indoor facilities! outhouses are effin rank, bro.

It wasn’t just because Tyrande said something mean. The Blood Elves lore relates to Nightborne way more than Night elves did after the Nightwell… After Tyrande said something mean, it was clear where their allies would’ve better stood. It’s the same with High elves and Garithos and part of why they joined the Horde rather than staying Alliance. It wouldn’t chalk up to just that, and so far to my knowledge none of those have said anything remotely mean in the way Tyrande did, basically calling them canon fodder to protect her people.
Edit: And, like you said…since they gave Alli the Thalassian model they had to add some sort of counterpart to make up for that, and Nightborne fit that roll.
