Nobody I’ve seen is saying it (doxxing and threats) is justified. But everything I saw on the situation was through social media, not through WoW and Battlenet. There’s nothing Blizzard can do to help him, the only thing that their intervention would change is the banning of his wow license.

If someone is being harassed in-game it is important to report it in-game so that it can be investigated.
If this harassment is taking place outside of the game, we don’t have jurisdiction. Such threats should be reported through the reporting options in those spaces. Contacting your local authorities would be the best course of action.
