Can we just acknowledge the elephant in the room.
Hex tooltips says works on Humanoids and Beasts.
So why cant I hex a cat druid bear druid or travel form druid.

Becuase Hex is a polymorph.
Cat Form gives protection from Polymorph effects.

It’s purple animal magic, not blue animal magic.
Still animal magic. Druids can also dispel curses so just pretend he’s instantly dispelling himself and it’s fine.

its a polymorph in the form of a curse. just how mage polymorph is in the form of magic
same logic as rogue uses dots in the form of bleeds and dk uses dots in the form of disease. different kinds of dots, but they are both dots

Cause doggos take all of it with a smile. You def dont try hex a cat or itll get you!
Why would a druid who knows how to transform into a bear and maul u not know how to ward off a simple spell that turns you into a frog?
If im an actual druid in game pretty sure the first question I would ask my druid teacher would be something like ‘hey how do I not turn into a sheep or frog, if someone tries doing that’?
Like pretty sure thats in druid training 101, ‘how to cure people from being turned into animals by crazy shamans’.

The only problem with Hex is feral and boomkin are immune to it while being able to dispel it.
It’d be like if tremor had no cooldown and could be used while feared.
Or if druids could also dispel polymorph
or if shaman were immune to cyclone and could purge it off their teammates.
