Evokers can’t Emerald Communion during Polymorph, gouge or other incapacitates and disorients but are casting it MID hex, hex doesn’t stop the channel either when they’re mid EC
Hex being an incap should override this talent
Monk paralysis also does not work.
Same with coil
I just try my best vs Evoker and accept emerald is a three minute cd and he pressed it cause of my hex.
The only thing that I’ve noticed reliable stops EC is blind effects and Rogues gouge
Tested with blinding sleet and that works as well
Pretty sure I could use soul swap while in a hex last night. No way is that intentional 
You can use it while silenced too, haven’t tested the hex but probs an oversight
It’s almost like they didn’t consider pvp at all when they made these new abilities
Its supposed to stop it, just bugged I guess. I can cast EC mid poly but EC will break if poly is casted on me in the middle.
alright tbh castable doesnt mean it should stop mid channel, blinding sleet stopped it mid so it was fuzzy to me
I’ve Incapped into it and nothing. Rip.
From the skirmishes before season started and rated games last night, I’ve noticed the most reliable in breaking my EC channel are: Sleeps/Fears/Poly’s/Blinds/Clones (wont stop channel, but prevents EC from having any effect on any party members)/DH Banish w/ enhanced talent. After any of those things are on me though, I can start channeling it and it’ll work fine.
I haven’t seen shaman enough to notice it with hex though tbh.
Do you play the talent that enhances ur incap? or whatever it is idk much ab DH. The one where it makes them immune

mmm, it won’t stop the channel but it’ll work like druid clone. Shouldn’t have any healing effect whatsoever. I’ve seen DH use it on my before during EC and it’ll still channel just won’t receive any benefit from it
