Herod - The People's PvP Server

well most of them have been playing on private WoW servers, so breaching the terms of use. yeah I could call that irregular

Streamers want to have war around them. it is good for content. What you do is not let them have a good time by blocking them when they are not streaming.

best we can do is try to not let them get good stream content, or just ask them to play somewhere ells. the streamers have not made up their mind on where to play yet, and lieing about Herod being a front runner means more fans are going to try to snipe their names here. I bet they would turn around and play on Thalnos since no one wants to play with the Brazilians anyway.

I am on the East Coast and like that streamers gives us more people to PK and PvP against. It’s just better competition. Do you want a low pop PvP server? Do you not like playing against the best players? I was looking at Herod but if there aren’t any streamers and big names, sounds kinda boring for PvP. I want to fight the Rank 1 and big PvP guilds. That is why I joined Darkspear many years ago to play against the most popular and best PvP players.

I want a full server with all types of people for a better experience. Will make WPvP and everything that much better.

So what sever am I going to play? Hope every server has a good balance of people from streamers to casuals to RP’s.

I do want to know where the best PvP players and streamers are going though. It only adds to the competition. Sounds like you don’t want to fight the best.

Insinuating that English speaking players don’t play on private servers? What is your point here, exactly?

oh, I wish blizzard would turn around and ban all of the players have have said in video that they have played on private servers right when classic Goes live. The reason the brizillian server community is as large as it is, is because they formed out of private servers with a lot of players looking forward to play classic

That’s a pretty sizable portion of their target audience. It’s hard to really blame people for playing vanilla private servers. There was no alternative.

People have been wanting to play vanilla since TBC launched and they no longer could.

Okay, so… you wouldn’t call them irregular. So your statement about Brazilians not being regular players is still… a little odd.

I honeslty don’t blame them either. There is just alot of WoW streamers who had been streaming from private servers, who got beta invites who were breaching terms of use. Blizzard has always said that they will ban your regular account, or even demonetize your videos if you are using footage from private servers.

not beeing able to play classic WoW did not boether me till cata when thy changed EVERYTHING

It would be incredible to have a streamer-free english speaking PvP server. I appreciate the idea put forward by this post.

8/10 troll points to the op. This is good bait that a lot of people took. People know that major streamers have already listed a few PVP servers their definitely not going to right? Herod wasn’t one of them.

They listed Thalnos for PvP EST and immediately the Brazilian community claimed it as the “unofficial Portuguese server” because Blizzard never gave them a server of their own. PvP EST is getting screwed between South American players and these cancer streamers.

Doesn’t matter what server a streamer picks, in the end they’re gonna wish it wasn’t pvp :smirk:

Blizzard needs to find some way to contain the streamer cancer.

Splintertree Post Mining Co will see everyone there! :+1:t2: www(dot)splintertreepost(dot)com for more information on our guild if you are doing some last minute guild shopping!

Let’s just remember that streamers will leave when the next best product comes out they can stream for viewers.

Most of them will leave after a few months in the first phase and then come back with the release of a new one each time.

What if you live in Central USA like Oklahoma, Texas or Kansas? Which would be better lag wise traditionally? West coast or East coast server

You’ll probably be better off going PST overall. You are more likely to dodge big streamers and the South American crowd.

3/5 NA PvP servers are confirmed to have large populations of non-english speakers. Also a large chunk have confirmed EST.

Guess what that means.

Enjoying playing woth Asmongolds army of spergs on Herod. Goodluck.

Not worried so much about that more worried about the LAG and time difference.
