Half of the Herod horde population is about to transfer off the server. Herod’s auction house/LFG channel/world channel are already dead so the planned transfer that is going on right now would be the last nail in the coffin for Herod to die. Please merge Herod with another realm.

Selfish, conceded players who do not want to play an MMO with any sort of community but only want their “Fast groups so I can gear, because I ONLY play for gear and parses” in addition to Blizzards servers mismanaged caused all of the server problems.

Oh no anything but this.
No, horde did this on herod. Alliance did it on Incindius. We can absolutely call out the factions when they were the direct cause. Not partial cause, absolutely the cause. Herod was the target mega server for horde long before Bene existed for Alliance.

I’ll be flat out honest I’m not a fan of Herod. I left that server after not liking the community on week 3 after release (things may have changed). You are correct, it was a mega server. Still what’s happening on Herod right now has been happening everywhere.

So are a bunch of other medium population servers. Blizzard does not care. Despite the fact that every “medium” realm with 4000 players or less, are deteriorating. Many are already dead— especially those PvP servers with only one faction.
It’s comical that they know how to introduce boosting to the game and allow transfers to Benediction/Faerlina for people to “balance” the servers themselves.
In my opinion, they are waiting for all the remaining players to crumble and give in to transferring all of their characters for a hefty fee.
Then maybe they will address the fact that they’ve maintained a stupid amount of servers for the number of players remaining.
Is it really that hard to at least allow for cross realm gameplay at this point? You’ve already introduced boosting. We’re definitely not playing the #nochanges game.

Literally every dominant faction on every server did pvp.
It wasn’t specifically herod horde out of every server that was special.
Alliance stayed on herod because world buffs made it easy to grief, once they were gone they all dipped
Blizzard is never going to merge. Can everyone please stop asking for that.
Your options are A. Pay to xfer off. Or B. Wait until your server is actually dead then probably another 3 months after that and maybe blizzard will give you a free xfer.

Considering that the Alliance on Herod routinely destroyed horde and held the mountain in classic? Probably not.
The ally only left because they all agreed basically not to poach from one another and split off to three different servers. Recruitment was a cluster. There wasn’t a poor down trodden ally faction on Herod.
Good riddance. As for the the roaming gank squads that would patrol between Thorium Point and Blackrock Mountain for hours, killing the same people a dozen times as they try to get to a dungeon, maybe they can take one last lap for old times sake.

Ive seen the excel sheet, literally all but 3 went to the same server
Alliance of Herod was doing well during classic but then TBC launched and some of those Alliance traitors defected to the horde. I saw with my own eyes friends I used to fight alongside with turn red tag. I like many others were disgusted by this atrocity. Eventually the alliance population sunk to low to form groups to finish basically T5 attunements. Then Blizz decided to allow for same faction BGs and this was the straw that broke the camel’s back. It was at this moment that the Alliance decided to jump ship. It’s not only Blizz fault but also the fault of those traitors!
