So, seem like the heritage armor after completion was there. Hearthed out, was and checked mog tab, was there - got randomly disconnected and Heritage Armor no longer there.
This is the character that I completed it on.
Any solutions or ideas?
Have you checked the filters in the set tab? Recheck them off and on and see if it works
Have you tried a full and proper UI reset?
As somebody said in a previous thread out of date addons can wreak havok with all sorts of different things. And they love to do so on patch day.

Unfortunately after following the directions step by step, still nothing and Heritage Armor still missing.
If that is the case, I would put in a ticket.
I would also post in the bug report forum, just in case it needs to be called to QA attention. Be sure to include all steps you have taken

Ensure that all of your sources are checked, too. We’ve seen it a few times here and there with new content patches that they get skewed.

What are you looking under, MsBysmal? I just checked your character and I can see the Heritage of Kezan in your sets. You definitely appear to have it.

Was using trangmog tab (shift + p) scrolled up and down through all.
And - soon as you show up; as relog in for mail transfer and type this. It returns to my character (bout an hour later.)
So… not sure if it was just a delay, or minor bug. Thank you every one!
