Because it takes people out of the traditional ways you found a group in vanilla wow which makes it harder to find groups of you aren’t using this addon. Pretty plain to see, not sure how you don’t see it effecting other people.

Wrong, that is now how we did things in Classic.
Oh I clearly said I wont do it 
But again, they totally could do it on their alts! As for telling the difference, you just download the addon

The hubby and I will be using this to do just that… guild shopping! 
But there IS an auto-invite feature for Classic. So my only issue with it is that it’s already indoctrinating the retail LFG mentality. Essentially, the hit it and quit it mentality.
Discord. I am going to posit that most groups will be formed on Discord. How do you propose to prevent people from doing that?
Vanilla WoW had add ons nearly identical to this one.
All of those addons should be banned.

This is clearly not OK. If you don’t understand at this point WHY then you are not paying attention. BREAK this ADDON! Break them all if you have too…I am not kidding.

I don’t care because it’s not actually an addon to the game. Use discord, don’t care. It’s not automating the process

Good thing my name wont be Faramere in classic But again, I don’t think you’re grasping the point, I wont be doing it. I’m just giving examples to people on how they could be possibly griefed for using this addon.
That’s how… literally all the auto-invite add-ons worked. Whisper a keyword, get invited. My first raid lead always used wacky things because people would troll that weren’t actually in the group and the early add-on had no filters for guild rank or character level at first.
Where does this fresh air come from? if someone releases mustard gas into the air, I will eventually have to breath and I will then die, much like if this addon gets released into classic, slippery slope.
