Helya will not transition to P3

On both Herioc and Mythic settings (I haven’t tried normal yet), Helya does not transition to phase 3 of the encounter, even when all 9 tentacles have been defeated.

Also seeing the same thing… Will not transition into phase 3. Spent 10 mins waiting after tentacles defeated and nothing.

I am having the exact same issue all the tentacles are dead but she just stays in phase 2

Had the same problem, went back and killed ALL trash before engaging Helya. Once done, she transitioned to Phase 3 per normal.

worth noting that going back and killing all the trash in the room, even the far ones, fixed it.

I was going to report that I didn’t have this issue getting her to the third phase the other day, but I also had killed all the trash first as others mentioned above.

I killed everything in the entire instance and everything outside just for measure…it’s broke if you kill her too fast and If I don’t kill her to fast her debuff kills me…it’s broken with about a million other things. They always break things close to launch and it’s annoying every time, looks like this time is no different.

Also happened to me, also killed everything in the general vicinity of the boss, nothing worked.

I got it to work after a few tries. it looks like you need to give Helya 30s ish to before getting her to 65%. Seems like she needs to do something in phase 1 for the transition to phase 3 to work

Tried, waiting and giving her time in phase 1, went back and cleared out all the other mobs. still broken

Can confirm, Epsteined myself, cleared the room and got to phase three. Thanks for the tip.

I’m not entirely sure it’s the trash mobs. Sure, I kill the trash mobs in her vicinity everytime, but even then I can run into the issue of her not progressing to phase 3. I’ve only had it happen once, but it was with the same level of mob clearance. I believe it has something to do with internal timers and perhaps other factors.

This was across 2 different 60s and one level 51 character.

Doing lfr tmog run and had the same issue today. No phase 3.

Same as well. Fight won’t transition to phase 3 still as of 11/20/22.
