So, since twinks are “gone” for now and people are still losing, badly… and I mean badly, lemme throw a couple of things out here that I see that YOU, player, could do to improve his game.

JOIN THE VOICE CHAT.
Blizzard created an absolutely free voice chat that you can join in any scenario be it a battleground or an instance. If people join it, they talk back and forth. Talking = Good. It helps morale, helps teamwork, helps call outs, helps giving out information, etc, etc. It’s easy, join, make daddy proud. -
DON’T QUEUE WITH MISSING SLOTS.
Look I get it, monies tight because we keep burning it on transmogs. I understand, important stuff, but nobody cares how you look if you’re dead. No Horde (I promise you) will ever stop, look down at your bleeding corpse and say “Nice boots.” If nothing else, go buy some greens on the auction house and fill those spots. -
HEIRLOOM ENCHANTS PAY FOR THEMSELVES.
I promise you if you throw an enchant on your heirloom your gameplay will improve. Mind you, a relevant enchant for your class, but it will improve. A SIMPLE DPS increasing enchantment like Elemental Force goes for 900 gold on my server. That’s like, 2 runs of Black Temple or any other raid. If you enchant something that’s set to run out at 100, you have literally given yourself 100 levels of free, fully enchanted gear. It will pay itself off. -
GEAR LEVELS MATTER, SPEND THOSE TOKENS!
So you don’t have heirlooms but you have honor tokens, buy PvP gear. Even something as piddly as a +4 stamina token will make a difference. If you are sitting on tokens, spend them on AB boots and AB belt, WSG Necklace, rings, etc. Much like the Goblins say, this stuff sells itself. You’re only helping yourself out and guess what, you can use it outside of PvP, so it keeps going. -
STICK WITH YOUR TEAM.
Don’t got voice chat? Stick with your team. Don’t know what to do? Stick with your team. Confused about the objectives of the BG? Stick with your team. Tuesday? Stick with your team. You get the idea. STICK WITH YOUR TEAM. If you’re playing solo rambo, you’re going to die. Stick with your teams, the heals usually do. They won’t chase you, you chase them. I mean this stuff sounds dumb but do it! -
FOCUS DOWN THE HEALERS.
Something I always do is I turn on bars above the heads of my enemies. I do this by pressing Shift + V in the game. This shows you cast bars and also, shows you who the dedicated healers are. Focus them down, because they are keeping people with ouchie weapons up, alive, and continuing to ouchie! -
ROADS DONT WIN GAMES, CONTROL POINTS WIN GAMES.
Yes, I understand, AB is super pretty now. But guess what, all that new pretty stuff means diddly poop if you lose a flag. So, instead of RAWR SMASH HORDE on the road, stand on the flags. I ABSOLUTELY PROMISE. 100%. IF YOU CONTROL THREE NODES THEY WILL COME TO YOU, EVENTUALLY. All you have to do, is wait. -
DON’T BE THAT GUY.
Don’t be that guy that gripes in every battleground. Don’t be THAT guy who always says, OMFG YOU GUYS SUCKS. Don’t be that guy who blames other people when you’re losing. It’s a game, end every game with “GG”. Don’t talk smack, don’t argue. It solves nothing. GG, and move on. Win=GG. Lose=GG.
