Help with store item

Hello, I added balance to my account and mistakenly purchased 3 character transfers instead of 3 race changes. I have already opened 2 tickets several days ago, but it hasn’t been reversed. I do not want a refund; I just want to purchase the correct service.

The only way to fix is GMs refunding it and having you buying the right one.

right, but how to contact them? I’ve already opened 2 tickets, I can’t open more, I don’t even know what to do anymore… and it’s been a long time…

What ticket category did you filed your request? Did you use the auto refund? If so, then it isn’t in the system as it does it own checks and would need GMs to look at if it denied it.

I opened one in the store section and another in the “not listed” section.
