You cannot “open a ticket to resolve the issue”. There is not resolution for the issue you reported. They could only forward the information for investigation, which is what they did.
Which has nothing to do with the issue.
Yes, which at that point he let you know that he had forwarded the information for investigation.
In order to close a ticket, the rep would have had to type something. He had provided you all the information he could at the time. You continued to reopen the ticket to reply back, so he had to reply back to you. You were continuing the conversation.
You are applying a motivation and emotion to something you have zero insight into, Estali. You can only say how you felt about it, not what they felt.
I can tell you from my own experience, when someone continues to reopen tickets, over and over again, just as when they continue to post multiple times on the forums and it doesn’t seem to be going anywhere, it is more than a little frustrating. The difference between the two though, it on the forums, I don’t have to reply. I can close the thread if I feel it is going no where. Support Reps don’t have that luxury, they will reply each and every time.
No, I’m going to provide clarification on the situation. Unfortunately, it seems you will believe your narrative. You have every right to, but this discussion is getting us no where so I’ll be closing the thread.
