How do i get in touch with a GM or supervisor that can help me? I put in a ticket and the GM’s that reply keep saying I don’t have an achievement earned. I keep sending them a screenshot of my achievement journal that shows that I earned the achieve in 2016. I also invited the GM to verify the achievement was earned by logging into my account themselves and viewing my achievement journal. It is an extremely time consuming achievement and they are telling me i have to do it from the beginning and this is completely unfair when I have already done this achieve and it can be verified by viewing my achievement journal.

What is the achievement that is causing the issue?

Pandaren Spirit Tamers that unlocks the daily quests on them. to get the achieve you have to fight all the tamers in the game up to and including the panda ones, which took me several years when I earned it. I moved a toon off my account that earned this achievement, but I still had a second toon on my account that also earned the achievement and something went wrong with the toon that moved because he took both the achievements with him and the GM’s won’t fix it and keep telling me to do it over again.

The achievement is showing as earned still on my account in my achievement journal, but somewhere in Blizz’s systems something went wrong and the GM’s aren’t fixing it and just telling me to re-do the acheive.

It looks like several Game Masters, as well as a Supervisor have already gone over this matter for you. The end result was that they were not able to offer what you are requesting to be done.

This is not likely to change with repeated tickets, as the last Game Master indicated in their reply.

I’m sorry that they weren’t able to help with this in the way you desired.

Why are they refusing to look at the screenshot and/or log into my account and see that I have the achievement earned still? The toon that left my account earned it in 2014. The toon that is still on my account earned it in 2016, but for some reason that isn’t being recognized by the game. None of the GM’s have looked at the screenshot I submitted and none have logged into my account to see that I still have the achieve. All the GMs want to do is nothing. They don’t reply to the fact that I have proof that I earned the achieve, why? Because they could actually help me?

Screenshots can be altered. They are never taken into consideration, especially in a case like this. They look at the data attached to the account.

As for the rest of it, Blizzard made their call. Kalviery was pretty clear in their explanation.

They don’t accept screenshots because they can be easily photo-shopped, they always use their internal logs.

I’ve invited them to log into my account several times to see the achieve is there for themselves and they refuse that too. How do I alter my account in the game???

Anyway, I’m done with this issue. I have figured it out why they are refusing to assist me.

Game Masters do not need to log into your account or look at screenshots to see what credit your account has. This information is available directly to the Game Masters through the game logs and records of your account.

It does not make sense, from a financial point of view (each ticket requires a paid support agent to review it), or the efficiency point of view (we have a queue of tickets that require attention), to make you submit multiple tickets on something. The Game Masters goal is to resolve as much as they can in a single contact because that’s what is best for the players, and others waiting on support.

Well, when my account is showing that I have the achieve and the GM’s records are showing I don’t have it, something is wrong and needs to be looked into to see why this is happening. Again though, I’m done with this. I’m not responding anymore.

This was explained on the 13th in response to one of your tickets. The Game Masters see your achievement - that is not the issue.

I’ll break down their response:

To be able to unlock the Pandaria Spirit Tamers several pet battles questlines need to be completed by a character for the Blizzard account. Pet battles quests are not character specific but linked to the Blizzard account they are completed on.

Due to that if a character moves from 1 Blizzard account to another, the pet battle quest progress will not move with that character to another Blizzard account. However achievements for Pet Battles will be carried to the new Blizzard account.

So, because a character that had the achievement moved between accounts - the achievement moved with them. But not the quest progress.

Having checked into this account for it’s progression for the pet battle quests, it has only just completed the initial quests to learn the skills for the battles and started the questline for the Eastern Kingdoms tamers, though the Blizzard account has the achievements for Pet Battles for defeating all the tamers. From reviewing those achievements they were completed on another Blizzard account and it appears you’ve transferred your characters between 2 other Blizzard accounts previously. That’s carried the achievements you had on one of the other Blizzard accounts over to this account.

The Game Master checked your quests progression and explained why you have the achievements - this acknowledges that they see the achievements as well.

Only the Blizzard account that had the quests lines completed on it originally can currently do the Pandaria Spirit Tamers quests. As account quest progression isn’t intended to transfer between Blizzard accounts we Game Masters can’t change your reporting Blizzard account to be able to access those tamer quests.

The reiterated that account quest progress does not move between accounts with character transfers.

If you want to do the Pandaria Spirit Tamers on this Blizzard account you’ll need to complete the questlines needed for that again from a character on this Blizzard account, to continue on for that you’ll need to take the quest started from Audrey Burnhep in Stormwind: https://www.wowhead.com/quest=31316/julia-the-pet-tamer

That’ll allow you to continue on the Pet Battles questlines for this account and once you’ve completed the necessary ones for the Pandaria Spirit Tamers you’ll be able to do their quests.

Again, I am sorry that this request couldn’t be met in the way you desired. I’m going to go ahead and close this topic now.
