Help please character disappear I did not delete it

I was in Dorngnoval I has just barely bought a WoW token there with my Tank level 80 I concluded my business, and it work but couple seconds later couldn’t whisper anyone I was on a party I could chat with them but not whisper at all Later It boot me out logged me off when u got back ON! my “Kaswren my paladin tank level 80” was gone I didn’t deleted or anything it just disappear Help please crys

Make sure, on the launcher, that you are logging into the correct wow licence (and version). It can, from time to time, switch. Check the pulldown menu next to the launch button.

Do you happen to have multiple WoW licenses on your Battle.Net account? Did the Launcher pull a trick on you and switch them?

Check the dropdown menu above the Play button.

I am on Live (World of war craft) - WoW-1 and yes it says “The war within” all my other toons are there except my tank that I have for years it just banish I already try support in game nothing work for recovery.

Are you checking the correct realm, Lalya? From what I can see you were on your Paladin on Arathor and then you switched to your Hunter on Velen.

Select the Realm option at the top of the selection screen and pick Arathor. You might add your Paladin to your Warband (i.e. Favorites) if you haven’t already. That should make them easier to locate.

I needed to switch realms, but I thought all the realms my character are on appear at the top and says how many characters I have there but it wasn’t at the top, so I had to look for the realm and then click on it and yes, my paladin is there Ty I had no clue I apologize I really haven’t summited “Ticket” in years or have come to the forums for any type of problem.
