Help me understand why AV afking isnt easy to fix

I don’t have an issue with that.

They have like two people working on classic. Their mind set from the get go was to release it and mostly forget about it. They never had any intention of ensuring it was a quality product. It was very easy for them to adopt the ‘no changes’ mentality at the start because it was inline with the least amount of work they’d have to put in. There were changes but they didn’t require a huge amount of effort and were as practical as possible for their own goals of releasing the game and forgetting about it.

What about people doing the trinket teleport quest? Its literally you attacking npc mobs (harpies) to get to the spot. Should they be reported too? Blizz would not have put that quest in there in the first place if they only wanted people inside pvping.

All of your suggestions have the potential to screw over players defending the BG objectives…

I haven’t really noticed a lot of people AFKing, so i don’t think its much of a problem, maybe on the horde side cause i’ve noticed a lot of times we’ll be sitting in FWKeep with towers and RH waiting to cap and horde aren’t even in DB or really past SH.

Protecting a contested flag could easily be marked as participating in PvP, much like capturing zone is. It’s not that big of a deal.

But if you’re off fishing, you shouldn’t be getting honor. :woman_shrugging:

I agree with both of these TBH. Not in a rush to get to 60 (this char is retired) and not doing BGs yet but I was under the assumption both of these were in place already.
