How do i contact billing i was told to contact them but i am unable to due to the fact that i cant get a callback or do online texting. What is going with this website?
You just choose the ticket option instead. Currently neither call back or live chat are available due to blizz staff working from home.

The Support Forum Agents have additional duties beyond just posting here, so they sometimes come and go throughout their shift.
Understand, Dromathizaar, this forum is primarily a place for players to discuss the CS related matters. Support Forum Agents like myself tend to be around to provide some assistance/guidance, but this isn’t a guaranteed contact point for CS.

This is a forum, not a private chat where you are the one person they are talking to. Forum Support Agents are not the same as the CS or GM staff who answer tickets.
The Support forum serves as an information desk. People here will answer questions about how to use the support system, direct you to the proper information pages, answer questions about policy, etc.
This forum is NOT a replacement for a ticket to the actual CS folks.
Edit - also keep in mind, while Blizzard will help consolidate WoW accounts to one Bnet license, they rarely split them. It is normally only done when a child turns 18 and the license is moved to their own account. This requires proof of identity, etc. Blizzard does not allow, and will not facilitate, transfer, sales, or gifting of a WoW account.
