Help me. People wont stop calling me a troll

I literally cant post anything on a forum without getting rude replies and people calling me a troll even know im just trying to explain how I play wow and what i can do to improve on my character and dungeons. Then I get silenced for a week for being honest. A lot of players keep thinking and posting rude stuff kn my firum post and I cant flag all if them cause there is a limit to flagging post.

This is what happens when you post on a player-to-player forum.

Feel free to report the posts should you feel that they’re non-compliant with the forum code of conduct.

I took the liberty of peeking at some of the stuff though, and while some are trolling, some are giving you valid input on your issue.

I do agree with the general consensus though; if you’re looking to improve on things ingame, keep asking questions. Try not to take offense to every post given in response to you. There’s a few really easy improvements you can make to better your gear.

Best of luck to you.

Well, reviewing your posting history, I can absolutely see where they might think that.

Asking for help is fine.

Deciding the entire community is somehow in a conspiracy against you for a veritable laundry list of reasons, NONE of which could possibly be you, yeah - looks a little trollish to be honest. You might want to examine what is the common denominator in all this.

If someone else is breaking our forum code of conduct, by all means, flag and report. They will likely continue to do the same to your posts if they continue on in the same vein.

Sadly, all you can do is control your actions. Nobody can make you type anything you do not want to type.

Nothing can be done about the suspension at this point it sounds like, but going forward take a step back. Choose not to respond to them. If you feel they violate the rules, flag them.

Do not let them drag you into a debate. Do not let them win by evoking an emotional response from you that could get you in trouble again.

I know this can be hard, but just remember, you are in control of your actions, not them. When crafting a reply, go back an reread it before you post it. Make absolutely certain you are not in any violations of the ToS for the forums.

I can honestly say I have typed many a post, read it, and hit the cancel button instead.

Blue post says you’re a troll.

Blue post called you a name.

I got silenced for calling someone a name.

Blue poster needs to be suspended.

Hey, I didn’t invent logic, I just use it.

I neither called OP a troll, nor did I call him any names, Pafierra.

I said, IMHO, after reviewing his posts - I could see how others might take his posts as such.

This is a really unfortunate forum to pick to troll, I’d suggest you not, Pafierra.

I can read. I see what was written. I disagree with what you wrote.

And instead of bickering with the community, why don’t you answer their questions and address their concerns.

That’s how you customer support.

Again, I’ll politely ask you… Why don’t they quote the specific infractions anymore when they issue a silence?

You calling me a troll? Then threatening me?

I know you have a boss.

Because we normally don’t get into that, Pafierra. Appeals are available for moderation, but honestly, they aren’t overturned very often. Our mods are good at their job.

During your vacation, you may want to research the difference between a ‘threat’ and a ‘fair warning’ - of which I gave you three.
