Hi! Can you help me understand:

Warlock

  • Affliction

    • All damage increased by 15% in PvP combat.

    • Shadow Bolt damage increased by 20% in PvP combat.

    • Drain Soul damage increased by 20% in PvP combat.

    • Dark Harvest damage reduced by 30% in PvP combat.

    • Damage from dispelling Unstable Affliction increased by 25%.

Does this mean that Shadowbolt hits 20% harder or 38% harder (1.15 x 1.20)?

Iirc from what my dad told me Shadowbolt will hit harder
