Gday all… So i made a mistake and deleted my main toon i play on…i have it back now thanks god…when i got my toon back i got reinvited back to the guild ive been with now,everything was well then i logged off to get food ext then about 1hr later i logged on to see myself not in guild…no idea whats going on and NO i wasnt kicked out again … Again i spoke to the officers and they tryed to reinvite me back into the guild…They showed me they have tried many times and they all get the same message anyone else have this problem if so how do i fix it so i can re join my guild… i have the screenshots to prove what is happened…The other part to this is that i can still see guild chat and all the members that are in the guild yet i cant talk in guild chat as im not in the guild.
This usually clears up after restarts, and if other posts are correct check back in 4 hours.
so i have to be un guilded till then
Hopefully the reset will update the guild information and show you back in, it’s happened in the past with paid services also.
How did you get your main toon back? Did you use the character restoration tool? Or did you submit a ticket and GM restored it? Or something else?

The character restore function in Retail has been unavailable for many weeks. Unfortunately, there is a bug that when a player deletes a character (say a low level toon that they don’t want anymore), the system will automatically delete whatever character is at the top of their warband list, which is usually that player’s main character. So a bunch of players got their mains deleted during the pre-launch and since the restore feature is down, they haven’t had their mains for the new expansion. It really sucks for them and I thought for a moment that maybe the restore service was back and just hadn’t been officially announced yet. Alas, still broken.

i quit retail many many yrs ago as its rubbish now…lets see how long it takes for them to fix this bug.
Sorry to hear that. I stopped subscribing years ago, but I still like to jump into Retail every few weeks as an F2P on a level 20 and noodle around doing old dungeons and quests.
Hopefully soon… although some of my friends are losing hope.
