Hi, haven’t played in about a decade and I’m trying to find old characters if that’s still possible, thought I had an idea of what realm but when I log into them I do not see any characters.
I also just received my Blizzard data zip file thinking that would help but it didn’t, I noticed someone possibly playing games I have never played in Korea? So I’m guessing this account was also hacked at some point.
I made two characters last night but I’m really trying to find a very old undead warlock and old gnome warlock who I’m pretty sure where on different realms.
Thanks!
Were these maybe on a different account?
That might be why you’re not seeing them.

Yes it’s possible, I don’t have any of my old CD’s with the keys so this email address is the only thing I can think of that possibly had ties to my old account, looks like I created it in 2012 which would’ve been right around the time I stopped playing I think.
Yeah I had a similar situation where I created a second account and made a few toons but because I can’t remember any of the login info I can’t get them to unlock the account for me.
If they are that old and you can’t remember many details, you might have to consider them “lost”.

I was afraid that might be the case, thanks for the help!
Hello,
If you are unable to retrieve an older World of Warcraft Account, You may open a ticket by Clicking Here as Customer Support may be able to lookup your old account(s) for you.
Be sure to include your name on the account, And any other information that may be included on the account to help Customer Service verify that you are the account owner.
You may also have to upload a image of your Government Issued ID to prove ownership as well of any accounts Customer Support may be able to find under your name.
I wish you the best of luck!

If you are referring to this Battle.net account, Caegarragg, the only KR I see is what looks like a StarCraft II account created back in 2014. That doesn’t necessarily mean the account was hacked. StarCraft II has global play, it could just be a matter of accidentally selecting the wrong region in a drop down.
As for your old characters, the only WoW licenses on this Battle.net is a Starter Account.
If you could provide some more specifics I can try to find the WoW license you were using. I’d need stuff like Character names, Class, Race, level and Realm the characters were on (if you can recall any).
If this was pre-2009 you may not have added the WoW license to a Battle.net account yet, but whatever information you can provide may help.
If you can recall the name on the WoW license or an associated email address, etc… I’d recommend submitting a ticket so our staff can take a look. You don’t want to post personal information in public.

Hi, ok thanks for the clarification.
I did start playing before battle.net was a thing I’m just hoping I actually linked accounts when I signed up, I’m going to submit a ticket now, thanks again everyone.
