Heirlooms Stats

I want to submit bug-report, because heirlooms don’t give such stats as HIT, HASTE, ARP, RESILIENCE.
It doesn’t allow me to pin screenshot.
Hope you fix it soon! Bug exist since heirloom release!

(WotLK Classic) Heirloom stats not working properly!

You can’t apply wizard oils to your weapons either “Target to low lvl”. i.e. Minor Wizard oil on a lvl 16 staff
