I mean it’s not that bad on female Kul Tirans.
And remember most tier one gear was made for human males, if I’m not mistaken.
All gear in the game is designed using the male human model.

In case you haven’t noticed, Blizz has replaced Heirlooms with War Mode. Instead of upgrading heirlooms to 120 they expect everyone to opt into WPVP for that extra 10% boost. I think it’s highly unlikely that they’re going to give us upgraded heirlooms now.

The real travesty here is that they haven’t finished off heirloom sets with bracers, gloves, belt, etc and that bugs the crap out me. Give me the full set yo.

They’ve talked about this before, I think. They won’t do that because they want people to actually replace pieces as they level. For people like us, it doesn’t mean much because we’ve gone through the process before, and addons like Azeroth Auto Pilot make it so it’s all automated with an option to simply pick upgrades automatically based on biggest upgrade.
But for newer players, who might be leveling their first or second alt, it’s meant to preserve that feeling of “Oh hey, this still can be upped.”

Actually, I think they are letting us upgrade them to 120 in 8.1.5.

People already complain mightily that the leveling experienced has been cheapened by there being no gear upgrades, since we’re all mostly heirloomed up. Covering all the slots would make that griping 100%

Yeah because WarMode turned out so well. If that was their plan, I bet they are rethinking it.
That’s funny that you speak of “noticing” things but you completely missed where they are adding in upgrades in… oh, just a couple of days.

Yes, that’s a blue post talking about lowering the existing prices. Two posts after that someone asks if we’re getting 120 Heirlooms, to which there is no response. You haven’t proven anything. These are just lowering the costs of heirlooms going up to 110.
If they don’t announce it, it’s not there.
