They won’t admit but they secretly love getting dominated. It’s hard to leave that closet you know.
I agree personally. I don’t want to be on the dominant side of an imbalanced server, but that’s my preference.
Having player agency and a diversity of faction balance across servers is a good thing, imo
Wts kenji name, also champu >Naoma > ogb
I completely agree with you. They should shut down the server.
There is a reason that server is %100 Alliance. Take a wild guess?
The reason? P2
A server merge would be nice, but it will never happen sadly. That would involve blizzard caring about their customers over their shareholders. They would much rather force us off with paid xfers.
I’ve thought the same thing but it’s more than that. A lot of these players want complete control of world resources for their faction. They’ve even said so themselves… well more the Skeram horde have said this but it’s the same with Heartseeker alliance too.
Plus they can transfer to another PVP server later if they want so it’s a win/win.
go away we’re full.
Horde seemed alive and well in Felwood last night. Granted, that’s the first real sign of life I’ve seen from them.
The reason why Hearseeker is full of Alliance to begin with is largely because of sweaties who got to 60 during the first week and camped Alliance flight points, ports and quest hubs on Stalaag and other servers.
That server was one sided since it launched, nice try.
Close, it was Grizzly who made the Alliance leave with Washed Up on Horde.
this is why we endured the Pagle queues. This is not us.
I just recall trying to log in. Queues were HOURS. I’d finally get in just to be camped in Red Ridge, Duskwood or at Menethil. Literally, I couldn’t go anywhere. They offered free transfers. I took it. All my toons moved. No queue, and much more manageable Horde activity (there was still some, but that was expected.)
Back when MC and BWL were current, Horde used to camp BRM. For such a “small” portion Horde, they sure made things rough.
My server has many alliance who free transferred early on, including during phase 2, from Stalagg/Skeram and wanted a balance server instead of one that was 70%+ alliance from the start. Of course those alliance were super salty and wanted revenge and my server became 55% alliance after being 50%/50% but the angry alliance transfers made the world PVP more fun.
Stalaag was like 60%+ Horde when I was on it, and I’m trying to be conservative in my estimate. It wasn’t balanced.
Yes Stalagg was imbalanced from the start and yes both the Stalagg and Skeram servers were very hostitle to alliance during phase 2.
When free transfers opened my server (Earthfury, which was 50%/50%) was one that could be transferred to just like Heartseeker (70% ally already) was. Many transferred to my server from these two servers. The difference was Heartseeker from the start was favored by alliance who wanted an alliance dominated server instead of a balanced one whereas other transfer servers which were more balanced were transferred to to by the alliance who wanted balanced servers. This is why I said this is exactly what overpopulated faction people on these servers (Skeram, Stalagg and Heartseeker) wanted, to be the only real faction.
I dunno about that. I wasn’t given a choice. It was transfer to Heartseeker, or stay. I suspect others may have been the same.
I believe rhings opened up with later transfer offers.
there were lots of active horde prior to p2 actually. they were outnumbered but it wasn’t nearly the state it’s in today.
