Are you using any sort of bag-sorting or UI addon? I’d recommend disabling them first.
If that doesn’t work, try a full UI reset:

Indeed! You can use the Search function in the upper-right corner of the Bank window to highlight the slot and/or bag it’s in.

Another thing to rember theres 3 hearthstones u can have in ur bag at a time dalaran hearthstone garrison hearthstone and regular hearthstone good possibility u banked the wrong one.

It looks like you’ve been creating Hearthstones and they’ve been getting deleted 1 second later so that could definitely indicate some add-on shenanigans! Try Jodariel’s suggestion and see if it helps
