Hearth Stone is Broken

I cannot use my NEW Dalaran Hearth Stone.

I deleted the hearthstone and grabbed a new one from the inn.

I removed all of my current quests and adons and restarted the game and app.

I can use my regular hearth stone. I can use my engineer portals in Pandaria and WotLK without issues.

It only happens on one character. Zithean on Tichondrius.

What is happening when you click the hearthstone?

Are you clicking on it from your bags or action bar? If it’s action bar, did you drag the new hearthstone to the action bar first?

I’d still do a proper reset UI.

What you’ve described isn’t that.

Delete, move or rename your WTF, Cache and Interface folders with WoW totally shut down. See if that helps.

Yeah I am not doing a wtf reset. It isn’t that.

But where is the start of the “In the Blink of an Eye” quest chain. I must have started it and never finished. Then the expansion came out and I dumped my quests log completely. Now I have no clue where I was in the chain and no idea where to pick it up again.

I need help or a tech to reset this problem. Truthfully quest chains should not have this kind of impact in any game.

Already did, Said false. I didn’t do the quests at all. I went around to where they should be, But they are no longer there due to expansions or what ever.

So I went to the war sign in SW and started the legion quest chain and chose “Skip intro” and it took me straight to Dalaran and gave me the hearthstone ( i had to delete the one I had to complete). Once I completed the quest it worked fine.

You might want to update your support and tell players not to use the Azsuna portal in SW and get the hearthstone from the Inn. This is how I obtained the hearthstone to begin with.

It might save a lot of time to turn off the need to do the war sign quests at this point. This is the only character that I needed to do the beginning quest to be able to use the hearth stone. I have at least a half dozen other characters that used the portal to Azsuna and flew up and grabbed the hearthstone from the inn without issues. Only the one character had bugged out.
