To the Devs, players who give constructive Feedback are disrespecting them and their Philosophical path, and they are not worthy of acknowledgement where as those who “suck up” to the Devs are noticed “more”. Since Devs can’t take criticism and continue to hold this pride they have… what happens?? Look at General Discussion/Class Forums and enjoy the sweet .
The cycle of life can be cruel.
I used to tell the guys at the prison I worked at when they would tell me nothing is free and nobody does anything for anyone else without wanting something back was, “You can change that.”
Each of us has the power to be friendlier, or more constructive or more civil, less hostile. It’s a choice not a problem that cannot be solved or an unavoidable eventuality.
I’d say I appreciate the fact that you’ve chosen to roll this new character with the same name so everybody would know who you are, but there’s no way we would have missed that as your posting style remains the same.
Ah but some have. But yes, I do have a style. That is true. I advocate civility and constructive feedback no matter which toon I post with.
Okay, LOL. I know you think you’re being serious, but the lack of self-awareness approaches comedy here.
Perhaps you think your hall monitor style of posting and calling out other posters is “civility and constructive feedback”. I’m not sure where you got that idea.
Just because I didn’t grind doesn’t mean I avoided getting ap. Ap is so ridiculously easy to get.
This is extremely easy to answer. The answer is it isn’t. It has to at this point, because it is this expacs end game progression, but they have already announced massive changes happening to it in 8.2.
When have I called people names and belittled them? Did I not just in this thread post constructive feedback to Blizzard? I know you have made fun of me in the past. If my posts give you a laugh, well so be it. I don’t know any of you irl so those who want to mock me can do so.
It is always a bit fascinating to me when some of my “fans” such as yourself try to demonize me when many other posters tell me they think I am kind. Its all about perspective I guess.
Have a good night Bullcritt; I am glad I contributed to its levity.
Where is my free neck boost? I was given the impression that alts could also get the ilvl boosts from CoA rep for leveling prior to 8.1.
The alt has to be 120 I believe and then you go see Magmi in Silithus. And as far as I am aware, it is not related to having leveled prior to 8.1- future alts will have it as well.
I hardly play my alt and she’s only a few ilevels below my main, the catchup mechanics are actually really good.
I don’t really want massive changes though I want it gone. I don’t want a system built around a massive grind through trivial content to act as a time wall for challenging content.
I mean, it isn’t really that atm, and will be even less of that in the future. It will be gone when the next expac drops.
I mean, this is strictly not true.
The lack of reduction negatively affects all players due to slowing relative gains of AP by ~30% every week since it was turned off.
While you might be right in terms of the effective impact on the ability to push AP relative to the raid launch, it certainly has had a negative impact right now on the feeling of AP gains over the holiday.
A good example being that if a person was used to getting 1 AP per week since launch, they are no longer getting 1 AP per week. So it seems rather disingenuous to argue that it only impacts people at AP 44. It pretty much noticeably impacts anyone playing the game that is at 30+ AP.
Currently you can get 100k+ AP a week without even having to grind islands.
I have still been gaining a level a week even without artifact knowledge when previously an average of 50k or so a week was the norm.
Thanks for sharing your opinion.
Do i get the levels on my alliance alt or do I have to get revered since I’m exalted on horde main, or should it share?
I’m more impressed that he commented on something that was relevant in wow. Maybe him, lore (deleted that private twitter yet. It’s against your company CoC and you plug competitors games) and bornakk got yelled at.
So you just keep pushing ahead with a crappy choice that you admit was crap instead of… oh I dont know… turning the reduction back on?
To be honest, its hard to believe that you “admit it doesnt feel good” after the fact, considering you knew you were going to turn it off but didnt put it such a HUGE thing in the patch notes. That to me suggest you all knew it was a crappy choice that was not going to go down well and you decide “meh, once 8.1 releases and breaks addons and introduces a whole plethora of new bugs, no one will have the time to properly care about this and it will only feel like a niggly issue compared to the pigs breakfast that 8.1 in its entirety… and BFA by extension, is”
I might just be being cynical here though…
