On my Voidbinder toon, I’m missing the Heart of Azeroth. I’ve completed the quests and have the achievement. I’ve checked my bags, bank and void storage.
Did you do a gear update and forgot to clear the mail after? That is about the only thing i could think of, short of not completing quest line to get your HoA. It can’t be destroyed or sold, but it can be purged if left in the gear update mail, and I’m not sure gm staff can restore it if that happened.
No. Per a similar post, a GM mailed a HoA to another player when this happened to him.
You’ll need to put in a ticket, did the post mention a ticket path, maybe a link?
No. I’m not sure how to enter a ticket
If a Game Master can verify that you completed the quest and that you no longer have the Heart of Azeroth that is entirely possible. As Kozzae mentioned though, you’ll need to submit a ticket to make that request.
The Heart of Azeroth generally cannot be deleted, but what usually happens is the item is left in the mail after a Character Boost or Gear Update. When the mail expires, the item is purged and no longer recoverable.
Submit a ticket, a Game Master will take a look.
That is good to know. My Tauren Paladin had this happen to them. I’ll put in a ticket.
Did you see the link in my previous post, Denona? The only contact I see appears to be the automated Item Restoration page. That can’t be used to restore the Heart of Azeroth if it isn’t in your deleted inventory, which this is not.
